Lake Village Apartments

These apartments are the bomb! Took some time to get into, but absolutely worth the wait. You can pay your rent online through there portal, and even submit work order forms for the maintenance man to do! The maintenance man is extremely quick and nice! We submitted a form for something to be fixed, and he was here the next day to look at it! The office staff is also extremely nice and respond to emails and calls quickly. What's not to love here? There's a pool, a park for kids, you don't have to shovel or mow, and every unit comes with a dishwasher and washer and dryer! I would recommend anyone

I only gave this apartment 2 stars because it does look nice on the outside and the pool!
But here’s the truth about the apartments.
Maintenance is lovely absolutely lovely very nice guy! As for the office staff I believe there is only one girl?
She is awful, very unorganized, almost never there for office hours, rude and will constantly threaten you if you’re late with rent EVEN IF IT IS THEIR FAULT. My fiancé and I both were trying to pay rent via cashiers check. Well. That was a hassle and a half. She sent us a notice saying that we never paid our rent for that month and the next and

BEDBUGS!!!! Moved here from my parents home. Never even seen a bedbug until this apartment. Office said they "sprayed", I threw out my mattress and bedding, purchased a new bed with all new bedding. Had bedbugs once again. They made ME pay $270.00 for the second spray and I had to purchase a new mattress once again. I have photos of Mattresses thrown out in the dumpster on at least two different occasions. Management said tenants were moving out. Most people take their furniture with them when they move. Also, the "one" girl in the office rarely answered her phone and was never in the office.

" I moved into Lake Village of Port Huron 15 months ago and I absolutely love living here! Management and Maintenance provide exceptional service. I moved here from out of state after selling my own home and this complex provides me with the comfort of home as evidenced by all around cleanliness, up to date appliances, beautiful landscape, and quiet neighborhood. I needed a short-term lease while I tied up some personal things in Port Huron before relocating to another state. Since I was short term, I didn't want to have to purchase kitchen appliances, microwave, washer, dryer, etc. Lake Village was the only place in Port Huron that could accommodate my requests. Management and maintenance exceeded my expectations. They always greeted me with a smile and were very helpful to all my concerns or requests and were always quick to attend to any problems that arose. Nicely recently renovated apartments with newer appliances, cabinets, and flooring. Garages are avail at an additional fee but include a garage door opener for ease and convenience. Units also include a washer and dryer.
