Hidaya Family Child Care
Encourage staff to take everyday preventive actions to prevent the spread of respiratory illness. Wash hands often with soap and water. If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Always wash hands with soap and water if hands are visibly dirty.

Remember to supervise young children when they use hand sanitizer to prevent swallowing alcohol. Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces. Cover cough and sneezes. Cover your mouth and nose with a mask when you have to go out in public. Masks should NOT be put on babies and children under age two because of the danger of suffocation.

The joy of watching the children grow for the seven years, the love of teaching children, providing them daily care and watching them grow, has been extremely rewarding. This is my dream job. I thank all my families for allowing me to continue to teach their children. I continue to take classes and workshops each year in all aspects of Childcare and Children's Health, Safety, Development and Learning.
One of the beautiful names of the Creator is Al-Hadi, The Guide (Guidance) is one of the most important themes of a sacrated scripture, the Holy Qur'an. Hidaya means "To lead and to guide." From it also comes the word Hadiyyah, which means, "present or gift." Hidaya, or Guidance, is the gift of the Creator to His creation.
Since we are caring for children with ages ranging from newborn though school age, flexibility for the program is important as the needs of the infants and children are constantly changing and developing. Generally, daily activities are arranged around naptimes, meals and snacks.

An individualized daily program for each child recognizes their different needs and allows the youngest children to nap when they are tired, eat as they become hungry and play with the toys that interest them.As weather per permits. Young children, toddlers and babies enjoy a structured schedule that allows for flexibility.

My boys attended Hidaya Daycare for about two weeks and instantly I felt something wasn’t right couple days later. My youngest son who’s nonverbal would kick and scream on our way to their daycare. I would be driving down their street and he would start kicking and screaming and wouldn’t get out of my car. I regrettably didn’t think anything of it and thought oh he’s just having a tantrum. Owners wife roughly grabbed my youngest sons bottle out of his hand and him off the floor to a room (Only God knows what she did to him in that room alone) all because he “didn’t want to take a

As A full time parents, having to leave our child in the care of others was a daunting, but necessary, proposition. After a long search, we were fortunate enough to have found Hidaya Family Child Care in Seattle. From our first tour on, the entire staff was warm and welcoming to our family. We couldn’t have asked for kinder or more caring individuals to leave our son with. Hidaya Family Child Care always made us feel like our son was loved and cared for. In the beginning, my wife would call the office in tears worrying about how our son was doing, and the staff would always reassure her that

My son has been going to hidaya family child care for about a year. The staff are all wonderful caring people. Since coming here my son's social skills have improved immensely. He comes home and talks about all the fun art projects, story time and pretend play with his daycare friends. I have also appreciated the monthly field trips as an opportunity to get to know the staff and meet other kids and their parents.
