I just moved here from Oregon and I was missing my yoga studio, but I feel like I found it here at Yoga Loft. I felt welcomed and comfortable as soon as I set my mat down. The flow was challenging yet soothing and I look forward to my next class here. This is the Yoga Loft, I have chosen to be my place for strength and growth, right into my retirement years It took me over two years, to find a place where I can continue my journey of good health.
I took the community class in ybor museum garden on Saturday with Karen and it was fantastic. Uplifting, challenging, and filled with good vibes! I'll go back as much as I can! Yoga Loft is one of my favorite yoga studios and community in the area. The teachers and energy there and at any of the many events they're involved with are healing and supportive.

We understand how hard you work and we know how challenging it can be to relax and unwind. We created Relaxation yoga. This has become one of our most popular classes. We take it easy, breath deeply and bring out all the props. This class lies somewhere between the yin approach and flow one. It's great for beginners or advanced practitioners who want to back off and regenerate in between power flows.

I can't say enough glowing things about this business! It's very come as you are. You can be out of shape, too stressed, too tall, male, female, whatever you want to be and find acceptance. I was nervous to begin after several injuries and I felt like I fit right in immediately. The teachers will support you to modify your moves, they offer several classes at various times to fit your schedule and provide your own supplies. It's truly best in the Bay!

I recently relocated from St. Pete and was on a mission to find a studio close to my job. Yoga Loft is a cozy environment ideal for spiritual yoga practices. The fact that there are no mirrors in the studio allows you to focus your attention to the practice rather than your appearance. The burning incense and soft music playing in the background assists in making this a spiritual practice. I also appreciate the lotion, hair ties, and feminine products provided in the bathroom which really comes in handy post-practice.

I recently moved back to Tampa after a long time away and was worried about finding a yoga community I'd like, but Yoga Loft is perfect. The teachers are well-trained, spiritual without being dogmatic or woo-woo, friendly, and available for questions. They encourage a softness in practice in a way that gently reminds me not to grip, clench, or force. There's definitely more feminine energy here than I've experienced in a while. It feels good.

Best yoga studio I've been to. And I've been to all the other ones I've heard about in the area and won't go back to any of them but this one. Small and intimate peaceful setting. Welcoming and comfortable for coming for the first time. Each instructor has their own vibe and every class is different. Love them all in different ways. Going to yoga loft is what got me interested in yoga and I couldn't be more grateful.

Discovering the warm and welcoming, spirited and soulful Yoga Loft community was one of my favorite things about my time living in Tampa. I've since moved away and so miss Allyson's Saturday morning class (post-Community yoga) and Marisa's Sunday Salute. All of the Yoga Loft instructors are phenomenal. Thank you, Yoga Loft, for creating such a beautiful space. My wonderful Yoga Loft experience is one that I will carry with me as I seek to find another yoga community in my new city very soon!

I had the pleasure of taking Ashley's classes at a yoga retreat with The Travel Yogi in Aruba last year. Ashley is an incredibly talented teacher. We had 2 classes a day for a week and each of the classes were creative, fun and authentic. It can be quite challenging to keep each class so interesting when there are so many classes in a week but she was awesome. I remember looking forward to each class because they were so different from each other. She is extremely knowledgeable and patient. I would go to her classes all the time if I lived in Florida. I truly miss her classes and her genuine

Ybor city roosters crowing and all, the studio is located in a peaceful neighborhood within Ybor city near the railroad tracks. There's ample paid parking nearby and literally a quick catty-corner walking distance away. The studio size is very cozy. It can comfortably hold 11 to 12 students.
There is a shelving system as you enter the studio first room where you can store your shoes and personal items before you enter the main yoga area barefoot. Though you can bring your own mat, they also provide mats there with a large number of yoga posture and position accessories. Before and during

Great yoga studio located near the center of Ybor's entertainment area. Today was my second visit for a Yin class, while last week I caught a 2 hr. Kundalini workshop (only offered once every 3 months). I prefer studios in creative neighborhoods to start (so Ybor, Seminole Heights, downtown St Pete, etc), and the diversity in classes taught at Yoga Loft is about the best I have seen. Another benefit is their website: flexible pricing, ease of reserving a class, etc make it very easy to practice here.

Yoga Loft is awesome! I went to my first class at Yoga Loft tonight. It was a beginner flow class with Rose. I practiced yoga a few years ago for about 6 months to a year, so I have a little exposure to the poses which I did find helpful. Yoga is not typically a painful experience, but one pose that is a bit painful for me is savassana or corpse pose. (For those of your that are completely new, this is when you literally lay flat on your back with legs and arms outstretched at the end of class.) For some reason it hurts my lower back when I lay flat on a hard surface and I usually have to bend

I've been taking yoga classes in this area for about five years. Yoga Loft is one of the best places on the Tampa side of the bridge. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the space, even though it's small, feels welcoming and cozy. The owner, Ashley, was incredibly nice and accommodating and helped me out with a new member deal. As far as the classes go, if you're not a fan of 'power yoga,' Melissa's class on Wednesday just might be your speed; the class is challenging without being overwhelming.

I discovered Yoga Loft soon after I moved to Tampa...and thank goodness I did! This is an amazing studio. For me it's an intimate oasis where I can retreat to, and a community full of love and support. I love all of the teachers. The studio made such an impact on my life that I undertook yoga teacher training here. They have plenty of classes time options and a variety of class levels, I've witnessed many a first timer walk in the door and been guided through their first yoga practice with patience and grace. It's great value for first timers and for returning students.

LOVE this studio!!!
They have an awesome new student deal - 5 classes for $25! - a killer deal for a yoga studio of this caliber. I took advantage of this deal last Fall and loved taking classes with Ashley. The studio is fairly small, which means the classes are all fairly small and personal. I attended evening classes and each one consisted of 3-5 people tops! Ashley was great at providing corrections when needed and leading the class based off of how we were feeling, rather than a set protocol. And since the class was so intimate, we were able to try inversions and several other complicated

I first went to the Yoga Loft on New Years Eve for a Power Yoga 2 hour workshop with Ashley, the owner. Since then, I've gone back almost weekly!! Ashley's approach to yoga is so great - she always encourages you to "take poses to your edge" while still creating an environment of acceptance for where you are each day (while still having fun in the process!). Her knowledge of the body helps so much in the adjustments she makes with participants, and her personality is so contagious!! I would have to say I'm an advanced beginner/intermediate practitioner of yoga, but I still

I love yoga, and Tampa is my second home, so as such, I'm always on the lookout for great yoga studios in town. I've pretty much been to all of them (there, sadly, are barely any in Tampa compared to my native SF), but on my latest visit last month, Yoga Loft popped up in my search, so of course, I just had to check it out. And I'm so glad I did. Once I discovered it, I went nearly every day for the rest of my Tampa stay.
