When it comes to Chatham restaurants, Del Mar Bistro absolutely nails it in every way. Located directly across the street from our Chatham inn, Del Mar Bistro has an unexpected industrial chic vibe. Suspended over the bar are striking light fixtures that were custom created by Michael Magyar, the renowned Cape Cod glass artist.
As luck would have it, one of our favorite Chatham beaches, Harding's, is also one of the closest to our Chatham hotel. Harding's Beach is one of several in town that offers ample parking (daily fee charged), restrooms, and lifeguard protection. The beach is so large that even when the parking lot fills up, which it invariably does on summer days, you'll still be able to find a spot on the beach all to yourself.

Spotless room, very comfy king size bed with nice linens. The staff we're very accommodating and friendly. The room location on the end of the building was super quiet and cozy. Bathroom was small, but squeaky clean.
The location of this motel is also very convenient to everything. Next time in Chatham, we will be back for sure! Excellent value for a nice clean quiet room!

Before you book, be aware that if you need to cancel for *any* reason within 14 days of your check-in date, you will be charged for the entire stay. Be sure to purchase travel insurance immediately after booking this hotel. They have the strictest cancellation policy of any hotel/motel/inn/B&B I have ever encountered in any country I’ve visited.

Everything was what I had hoped for, came for a weekend with Mom it was perfect. Very clean, well maintained, all the little extras, like organic tea. I live in Key West Fl originally from western Ma and have found my go to for Cape getaways. The location for Chatham is ideal and excellent for being central to everywhere on the Cape , cannot wait to return.

If I could give the Chatham Highlander 10 stars I would. Cindy and the rest of the staff are amazing. The new owners Melissa and Bob are very helpful in giving recommendations on where to eat and what to do. You are within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The rooms are nicely refurbished and very roomy. There is an adult only pool and a separate pool for children which is a bonus.

You will not be disappointed. Beautiful, spacious, clean rooms. The heated pool was so inviting and fun! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Do not hesitate to ask for advice on where to eat and what to check out, as they are very knowledgeable of the area. Within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. Definitely will be returning to this little piece of Heaven.

We loved this motel, clean, comfortable and freshly renovated. We were walking distance to everything in Chatham. If you want privacy and quaintness, come here - especially if you want pools, shade and breeze. The pool was heated and clean. The Village Market and CVS were within walking distance and there are sidewalks all the way to downtown. I cannot wait to go back!

Having a horrible experience with this outfit. We paid a deposit to this hotel almost 10 months ago. We canceled per the hotel's policy, but the hotel has not followed its own policy and returned our deposit timely. We have sent several emails and have even called the hotel to try to get our money back. They keep putting us off. Finally, I tried yesterday to express in the clearest terms that we needed our $1,000 deposit back. Instead of giving us back our deposit in compliance with their own policy, the hotel wrote us today and threatened to call my wife's employer (a public school) to complain
