Very minimal hotel. Old style cheap Victorian feel. Parking garage underneath with plenty of free parking. Right next to fast food places. Free wifi. It's a small hotel and the front desk can be a little nosy as to who comes and goes. The jacuzzi rooms are cool but the tub isn't very big...it will fit two however. Rate is usually about 100-120/night and deposit with cc is 50 and if you use cash then $100 which you get back at checkout.

Been here at your hotel third time! My husband and I went there recently for his birthday celebration. He ordered plenty of foods that were very fantastic to eat. Even the rooms that we stayed in was clean, big, and cold air conditioning. All the facilities were very good and beautiful. Besides, we greatly loved the style and the view of the pool. We enjoyed it!

Great place! I was surprised when I was able to get a room very quickly at a very affordable rate. The price was decent, the staff is very friendly, and the room is so big and comfy. This is very different from all the hotels I've used before. You are an excellent example of good customer service. Thank you!

Definitely some sort of afterlife present on first floor. It kept turning up our water in the shower to way too hot. Turned off lights we had on too. Refused to let my friend stay another night saying she was too loud and had too many guests coming and going. Last time I checked it was a friggin’ hotel and if She had visitors coming and going what’s it matter to them? She paid for that room and has friends visit when she’s in town.

They have bathtubs with jets, well the tubs need repair, and the blankets aren't so good, most people who work there are very nice, except, one gentleman,, he works night. Shifts it seems, he is not easy to talk to, kind of cranky. The decor needs updating, and the bedding needs updating as well, the sheets and blankets seem to be old. Now that being said, thier bathrooms are very nice, and even thou the tubs need some repair, let me just say, there is nothing that compares to getting into that big tub with the jets going! Oh, my, my, my,, feels so good. There is parking under the hotel that is

It's a nice enough hotel for the price of a last minute stay. $144.00 for a king bed no smoking room, there are no frills to the rooms. Such as mini refrigerator, did have microwave and coffee pot. No hair dryer but phone in restroom. TV just standard cable no on demand or movie channels. Seemed clean enough, of course face coverings where mandatory for entering and leaving your rooms and anytime you where going out side. The traffic noise at night could only be drowned out by the air conditioner so that tells you how loud it was. Which made the need to turn up the volume on the TV louder which

The hotel itself is ok. But the customer service was the worse I have seem in life. I paid the security deposit requested.. However when I checked out it was to early to receive refund and I was told I had to come back. I was fine with that I had work at 6a. However I missed the callback to pick up my money all I got was a lady saying it was ready. So I called today when I got home and a lady answered quickly. I couldn't hear her name so I asked I'm sorry what is your name? That is when she said.. dont worry about it I dont have to tell you and hung up on me. Confused I called back

OMG, so sorry I stayed for even one night but had no other choice. This place is dirty and so in need of a major overhaul. Wall paper peeling, stains on rug, paint peeling and pitted, furniture old with major stains and gouges on tables. The bathroom whirlpool tub had s broken door on underneath works and there were cigarette burns on tub edge.
The room smelled like heavy smoke even though they make you sign a form
acknowledging the building is non smoking. As soon as I walked in the building the front desk has a sign that warned the water would be off most of the day.
I was so grossed out I

Why, oh why did I not check the reviews before reserving. Please, please do not stay here and let's hope they go out of business soon.
Where do I start with what's wrong with this place -- traffic noise, dirty bed sheets, stains on the tub, jets don't work, DIRTY TOWELS (there were HAIR SHAVINGS all over them), found an empty e-cig carton on the chair even though it's a non-smoking room.
I've been calling Omar, the manager, for over a week and he never returned my calls. The front desk have been trained to screen calls because I'm sure they get so many complaints

The hotel has a cute unique theme for decoration. It does have issues like older AC which takes long to cool the room and some cracks and broken items, but even with those flaws the staff makes up for it. Our front desk woman was really friendly and helpful. If I'm ever in the area again I would book a room.

Iv been staying at this place on and off for about 2 yrs now and they still treat me like it's my first time!!! Chuck the guy who works usually the night shift has gotten on my last nerve. Today March 24, this Sunday slow night I checked in and my food that I had ordered from door dash has been sitting in front desk for like 30 minutes without him even contacting me to tell my my food is in front desk. Finally I contacted front desk and CHUCK tells me yes your food is here! Like really? Didn't you want to contact me and tell me my food is here? Wow I can't believe this place!! Never

The front desk called me at 11:05 when check out was at 11:00am even tho I was booked from Thursday to Sunday. This place is also very dirty. My feet turned black
From walking on the carpet. The traffic noise was so bad I had to buy a box fan to cancel out some
Of it. The regular Mountain Dew vends diet soda. The place is sleazy rent by the hour type of place for escorts. Shame on you for charging me 249.99 for one day on

I made reservations at this property and arrived at 830pm. The front desk agent could not find my reservations. I told her I had made them and bagged her to allow us to stay . She said one rm left you can have for $220. I could not afford it in addition, have reservations. We were forced to find another place at night. Two days later they charged me for the reservation that they could not find. I called but they haven't return my call.

I was a little concerned after the reviews, but had a great stay. Well lit parking lot, greeted by friendly staff and the room was exceptionally clean. Since I saw many post about "pulling back the sheets" I did the same and discovered a brand new mattress. I went down for breakfast around 7 and it was better than most with eggs, sausage, waffles and much more. I would definitely stay here again.

Could not park my pickup truck in their small garage. Had to park at a restaurant lot down the street. Homeless hanging around truck so I was worried about theft.
Long walk with luggage back to hotel.
Room did not have a "do not disturb " hang tag.
Shower floor very dirty.
Will not return. :-((

I never stayed with Carlyle Hotel but I do know they have wonderful employees.
Two weeks ago I had a minor car accident in front of their hotel, later I found my front license plate was gone. Today I was checking on DMV how to request a replacement license plate, I started to have a headache by thinking about going to DMV. And then I was wondering was it possible the hotel employee picked up my plate? Because I remember that day one hotel employee (Mr. Salvador) was directing me to pull over. So I called the hotel and Dezerey answered my phone, also confirmed that they do have my license plate

I booked this room through Hotwire
And it sounded good through the description online.
However the place was not clean it needs a remodel the tv was analog terrible picture .
and the hotel lobby had no AC it was on a day when it was 95 degrees. The hotel front people were very nice but they knew the place was questionable.
It looked liked there were some drug activity going on there based on some of the people I saw coming and going . Also there was a Motel 6 Next store ..
The next day we decided to extend our stay due to availability elsewhere.
So I went and booked it through Hotwire
