I wish I can rate 0 stars, because 1 is over doing it. Waverly Park will mark work orders "completed" although no one has come fixed anything. I've been in this unit since July 2021 and been waiting for someone to come fix everything I put on the checklist. I was so fed up completing the checklist, because literally so much stuff was wrong with the unit. They do not switch out carpets, looks as if they try to clean it themselves. The heat does not work. Maintenance will try to enter your unit during sleeping hours (experience from previous unit). MOLD on the window sills and corners of the walls

Do not move here they do bare minimum for their customers, I keep calling about my sudden roach problem I've been having for months but the attitude from the lease agents is they don't care. They said they will send their orkin people over but I never see them or hear from, thanks I guess. Oh and when i was looking for apartment I remember the leasing agent asking me where would i like to be "like they care" so I told them I don't want to be by any trees because that's how I get all kinds of pests and she said,"oh ok I understand and yeah we get a lot pests complaints from customers by trees so

Would like the staff to replace my glass terrace door as I was told it would be done. Door Does not latch and got a quarter inch gap between glass door and the latch. Have to hear everything that goes on outside and it drives me crazy. Been here 2 years and this was never fixed as I was assured it would. 🤦♂️ thank you very much Waverly staff 🙂

My son (1years old) can no longer play with his toys or in his playpen, more importantly he’s been getting fevers and allergic to it. A 1500 dollar bed set going to waste, a couch and recliner going to waste shoes in my closet. I try so hard to… keep my apartment clean but this isn’t even safe for anyone.
After moving in there were no issues shortly after we moved in mildew was in every room every window, growing on the ceiling in the bathroom, A/C, everywhere. We called because

Unacceptable. There is a young woman with a young child living in less than humane conditions. She has tried multiple times to correct this amicably through the leasing office, but has been treated with… disrespect and lack luster customer service. I don’t know her personally, but consider putting yourself in her shoes and proceed accordingly. Do better.

Staying here at Waverly currently since December and this is one of the worst business I've came across, Waverly apartments has roaches. I was unaware the apartment had roaches Waverly park office never mentioned that there have been complaints about roaches in there building. I've let the office know numerous of times and what they'll do is send the exterminator out to only lay traps an spray in the kitchen , I've explained that there still roaches and that I've been here for 7 months an what can we do to amplify what were doing now to get rid of them once an for all, this building is infested

My partner and I considered Waverly Park in our apartment search and were very happy with the speed of the responses to our inquiries, appreciated the professionalism and COVID precautions, and were overall happy with the property. While we chose a different apartment closer to home, we wanted to let other possible tenants know we had a good experience and would recommend Karl for his helpfullness!

Lived there for 6 months. Reasonably priced for what I got, apartment was nice. Maria was very helpful and made everything easy to understand. My only complaint would be I was placed in a complex that allowed animals (was not informed until I first moved in) so it was often louder throughout the evening.

One of the worst leasing companies I’ve ever had to deal with!! They will tow your legally licensed car without notifying you of the tow and where it’s towed to, if they don’t approve of your car having a dent!! They will never repair leaking ceilings! They have non-professional maintenance crew who is incapable of any major repairs or… installations!! Office employees are rude and lie to your face on a regular basis!! The rent is steadily increasing with absolutely no improvements!! There isn’t and apparently never has been a child’s playground on the massive

Their trash. we were late a month and a half due to a car accident and they didnt give us any chance of being caught up. honestly its pathetic. they gave us only 6 hours to move. was told we would have 24 hours but after working 430 am to 6 pm we only had till 8 am to move. but having to be back up at 430 am... we had to get sleep. they have a… major bed bug issue that is nasty as hell and when you ask about it when first moving in they lie straight to your face. also the same with mice. when moving out people asked us if we had mice from us bringing things downstairs. Our lease is about to be up in May, but me and my fiance have lived here for a year now and we really do love it here. Quiet neighborhood, close to a QD, Family Dollar, and Dollar Tree for quick runs for snacks or anything else. The office has been nothing but kind to us through our experience with them, maintenance went above and beyond for us when we smelled gas in our apartment, they found the apartment that left their oven on. For us, this was a great first apartment experience!

Lived here since Aug.2018. No screen door...after many months of me communicating with office staff, I finally got one in Mar.2019. It was installed with a new sliding door since the first one was installed with "structural damage". This new door is installed with the outside part facing inside, which resulted in the screen door having NO LATCH! I put in a formal request to have a latch of some kind added to the screen door so it won't blow back and forth on the track. NEVER DID MAINTENANCE FIX IT, but they sent me a message saying my request is fixed and complete! What a JOKE!!! If you're 5 days
