Rich Shuman has been a Broker for over 20 years in Nevada and opened The Heritage Group in 2005. The Heritage Group is the product of three generations of real estate knowledge dating back to the 1950's when Patricia Shuman (Rich's Grandmother) was first a licensed Broker and most recently his father Ed Shuman, Jr. (30+ year local real estate Broker).
Our team is experienced with all client types including private investors, property owners, landlords and tenants on a local, regional and national level. We compete well against larger more institutional Brokerages by limiting administration, dealing directly with our clients and personally handling every aspect of the transaction.

In the beginning I was very impressed by Ms. Garcia's fast response's and technical savvy attention to detail with my long distance interaction for my rental needs. This level of attention stayed stead fast for pretty much the entire lease. Until it came time to discuss renewal of the lease terms and recap. I was unable to reach her, and the gentleman she placed in charge of renewal terms did not discuss renewal terms as well. Placing me in what I felt to be a awkward situation to guess what they were thinking. Basically packing up and finding new residency. They did refund the full amount of the
