Lived there almost 13 years, worst place on earth with this management co. You are not free to grow plants or vegetation, feed birds or have any kind of birds feeders of any sort. Not truthful about the setting. More rules but never help tenants with neighbors issues if any. First management was wonderful, this company...sucks

I currently live here and I only do because we want to live in Adel. I only gave it 1 star because that's the lowest I could rate this place. 2 times we noticed someone came into our apartment without notice or is giving them permission. Brenda, the on site manager who is never there, didn't do anything except change the locks. When the maintenance man came, he took the dead bolt out and left our apt open for over half the day. Luckily my boyfriend had off that day because otherwise anyone could see our apt was open and come in and steal everything. We found out it was the maintmaintenance guy
