I just moved to Cascades a few days ago and was super excited to leave my previous apartment due to excessive noises, terrible construction, and awful management. Cascades also had great reviews, so I definitely didn’t hesitate to apply.
The management, staff, and move-in process was great! They're all very friendly and have great communication with the residents. The building also has a secured entry and the units are beautiful and spacious. I'll give 5 stars for all of that.
However, I’m pretty disappointed to know that the neighbors below me slam their doors so loud to the point where

We moved into Cascades about 2 years ago, and they have exceeded any and all expectations from a rental property. The management and maintenance crew are amazing here. The apartments are very clean, spacious, and well priced in a great location. They accommodate to all dog breeds, which is very hard to find as a husky owner. I would definitely recommend Cascades to anyone looking!

Been living here for over a year and we love it! The units are spacious and well cared for. We enjoy many of the amenities, including the pool, gym, and dog park. I am also impressed with the cleanup after snow storms - they are out early and really get things cleared quickly which is greatly appreciated. Highly recommend these apartments!

Love, love, love it here! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They do fun little contests and events each month that are covid friendly to keep our spirits up. The apartments are beautiful and super spacious. We moved in back in August of 2020 and have been absolutely in love with our home ever since. If you are looking for a new place to call home, make Cascades your new home!

My roommate and I have lived here for over a year now and we love it! It's a great community and very quiet. The amenities are top notch too! Maintenance and office staff are very quick and helpful with any questions we have or anything we may need fixed in our apartment. It is nice to be close to everything without the noise!

We’ve lived here for about two years now and have loved our place from the start. The Maintenance team is unmatched and management is always responsive and helpful. Amenities are great and we love the pet friendliness. Cascades is a great community and we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place to live!

What is not to love about this amazing community? Nature trails, scheduled monthly community activities that are COVID-19 friendly. The property management and staff are AMAZING!!! This is my 2nd time living in the Cascades at Jordan Creek community, & would recommend this family & pet friendly neighborhood to anyone!

While applying, the staff was extremely helpful and made the entire process super easy. The apartments themselves are the best we've seen at this price range, and considering the month and a half of free rent we received due to a move-in promotion, they come out to much cheaper than other options. The location is less than 5 minutes away from Mills Civic, and barely a couple minutes from Costco, yet the traffic never feels congested. I've recommended these apartments to others and will continue doing so!

I moved to Cascades in August of 2020 and it has been the best experience! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I love that my rent includes a garage at no additional cost. The apartment building is beautiful and incredibly well taken care of. I highly recommend Cascades at Jordan Creek to anyone who is looking for their next home!
