My children have been seeing Dr. Vocci for the last 8 years and we couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of care we receive from her and the entire staff. Not only do they provide excellent service for the basics (glasses and contacts), they also diagnosed a rare disorder my son has and have been very helpful treating it. The office itself is easily accessible and recently underwent a facelift- it looks great! We look forward to many more years of eye care from Pediatric Eye Care of Maryland!

I love love this place!! They have been a God send to my family. My little girl was 3 when we finally took her to have her eyes looked at. She was so nervous as my husband and I were too. Her eyes were crossing and we didn’t know why. The young eyes pediatric doctors are and were so good with her. They got her into a pair of glasses that fit her perfect and she could clearly see for the first time. I was shocked on the day home she was noticing the trees and the sky being blue. All of this must had been a blur and I didn’t know as a parent. It made my heart so happy that my baby could finally

If I were you I would choose a different eye facility. I made an appointment to be serviced for an exam and lenses. I inquired if the insurance I have was accepted for both services and was informed yes. After my exam I was told that they only accept my insurance for my exam which was an inconvenience and false information. So I wasn't able to get lenses. The staff was rude and not personable. I will never go back to this franchise for eye care again.

I had an appointment for my son to be seen. Due to the pandemic, taking off and leaving early is very difficult. I managed to get off at 1pm so my son can make his appointment. I kindly called the office to let them know that I was there, to see if I needed to wait inside the car or come in. The receptionist said we could come in instead of waiting outside. Getting checked in was smooth, the receptionist was very nice. They took me back to the exam room, cleaned my son's glasses and told me the doctor would be in very shortly. Mind you, due to Covid-19, there are a limited number of patients allowed

My daughter was given incorrect prescriptions, had headaches. The dr showed no concern. We were rushed at appointments when waiting hours to be seen. We went to get a 2nd opinion and she was treated like a human and given a correct eye glasses prescription. Please take your children for a second opinion else where.
