Registration went smoothly. I was taken back to an exam room shortly after signing in. Tech was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Doxannas was his usual efficient self. A new script was written and I was told it would be at the front desk when I checked out. At check out an annual appointment was made. I forgot to ask for my new script and the receptionist did not offer it. Shortly after leaving I returned to get the new script. It was then I was told there was a portion of the exam that was not covered by insurance. I was told that I had to pay what insurance did not cover to get the

I had a 9:45 appointment! I sat for @ 45 minutes! Once I was taken, it was smooth except that I had filled out 3 pages of information the day before and I was asked at check in the same questions and by the tech as well! I LOVED the doctor and she was amazing in so many ways! I will be back but In today’s COVId world, u need to do a better job of having to wait in an office!

Everyone with whom I interacted was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. H's assistant performed the initial exam carefully and thoroughly. Dr. H. explained what was happening with my eyes in a manner I understood. I am very appreciative of all that was done to assess the status of my vision and to refer me for further care.

Professional staff. Very thorough when explaining test results. The eyeglass center located at the same facility is very convenient.I have been going here for at least 7 years or more.
