$115 for a month. You must be paying for the lake view, because the gym and equipment are not worth that price. It's not an inspiring place either. The gym in Incline Village is much bigger, much better (IMO), and is much cheaper with all their membership options.

This is a great gym. We come to North Shore once a year, and had been going to gyms with less to offer just to get in a workout....this gym has everything you need and then some. They are about twice the $$$ for a daily visit but worth it.

Charges 23$ for a day pass. Absolutely ridiculous . No one is going to be in there all day long. An hour to 2 hours at most like really? They don’t even have everything you need to workout every part of your body . Horrible gym do not recommend .

This fitness space has an instructor by the name of Sarah Hannala, who has been seen being very unprofessional and harassing the people and animal life on her trip to Hawaii.
There is evidence that shows Sarah telling someone to kill themselves after an island native informed her that being close to and touching the sea turtles is harmful to them. She also got the persons’ home address to threaten them even further; rather than take accountability, reflect on what she did wrong and genuinely apologize.
Honestly I would expect more respect, compassion, and professionalism from any yogi, while

Has everything my local 24hr supersport has - free weights, machines etc. surprised that it has a GHR bench too. something i'm not expecting from a local town gym that advertises itself having the front view of lake tahoe.

Great options here from Nautilus to free weights. Also used by physical therapist appointments. So ability ranges from Beginner to college male. Dry sauna and showers also. It's behind the Safeway. Guest for members is only $16 per day. No AC so go early..

Great little gym that's usually busy but rarely crowded. Lots of weight circuit machines and free weights. An okay number of treadmills. I've only had to wait for a cardio machine once or twice and not for very long. This gym is located behind the Safeway and there's adequate parking right outside. The gym overlooks Lake Tahoe and the view is amazing, especially on winter mornings when the sky is cloudy and the sun is just coming up. I'm grateful for this Tahoe City gem.

Best place to work out in North Lake Tahoe! A bit older decor, but equipment is legit and the place is HUGE!

I was so happy to find this great gym in Tahoe when I visited. It was $20 for a single day. They had new cardio equipment from treadmills, bikes, stair masters and elliptical. The cardio equipment overlooks the lake so it is extremely peaceful. They had a whole range of free weights and great machines. The bathrooms were clean. They even had a sauna. I highly recommend this gym!

Great gym especially for a small town. They have at least one machine of each. $20 a visit for non-members.

Be nice if they had a hot tub on the deck, otherwise get a really great work out.

Great gym. Very small in comparison to Bay Area gyms but good things come in small packages! Good selection of cardio equipment- no TVs mounted on any of these though. Great selection of bosu balls, theraballs, etc. never did personal training but their trainers seem solid. Very clean, nice employees, good music.
