At Well Being, we aim to provide professional, personalized, and affordable services for residents of Carson City and nearby areas. Our services focus on the particular needs of our clients. If you train to compete in events like Tough Mudder or Spartan Run, you might meet other veterans of these events that train with us.

You may also enroll in any of our coached workouts, functional fitness training, one-on-one training, specialty camps, or weight loss programs. Let us know which of these services you wish to avail, and we'll be glad to assist you. You can rejuvenate your body in our massage therapy sessions.
Services
Brad Paula has a strong sport and fitness background. He competed in age group swimming through high school and at the collegiate level for Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He coached age group swimming for three years for the Petaluma Swim Club.

Presently, he is a certified Professional Ski Instructor/Trainer at Northstar, California Ski Resort and assists with the coordination/facilitation of pre-season ski training camps, trains ski instructors for certification, and teaches all levels of ski enthusiasts.He also participates in Olympic length triathlons and competes in amateur road and mountain bike events.

It is not a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all program but rather an individualized program that takes into account your body type, size and lifestyle.
Tidal Wave: Reverse the affect of sitting & standing in a flexed position all day! Use our Water Rowers to activate your under-used posterior muscles and row your way to a healthy & balanced body. The rowing combined with a strength building circuit that uses free weights and resistance bands will aid in building muscle strength and endurance, and boost your metabolism.
Professional assessment and evaluation. As part of our personalized service, we will conduct a free full body assessment and evaluation. This includes analyzing muscle/fat composition using a specialized software program. We will also discuss with you the results of our evaluation and recommend the most appropriate workout or program based on these results.
Please note that these specialty camps run on specific days and times per week. Please call us so we can discuss in detail information relating to the specific camp that you wish to enroll in. At Well Being, we're proud to say that all of these specialty camps are facilitated by certified trainers.

I have enjoyed working out at Well Being. Both Alina and Brad are very knowledgeable and helpful. I started working with Alina as my personal trainer to help strengthen my back for better support for my neck problems. Alina has been great with providing me with workouts that gradually increase over time. Since working with Alina I've noticed less pain in my neck.

No better day then today being Thanksgiving to write this review on this gym and the awesome people that own it. I have had many injuries due to bone infections and I have worked with Alina Paula one on one to help me to get strong and healthy again. Alina has worked with me to correct my knee problems along with some deep tissue massages on me to help my body to heal faster and better. Whether you work one on one with Alina or Brad or in a group setting, they watch and work very closely with you to help you master the right moves and to prevent injuries. I love this gym and the workouts they have
