I have worked with Tenley Grazioli at Ocean Life Realty on two separate occasions and she has represented me well both times. My latest experience with her was exceptional in that she 'persuaded' me to take the more aggressive offer (that I thought would die before closing) but get an agreement from the buyer in advance to ensure no such hold up. Everything went smoothly and I'm thousands of dollars better off as a result. Tenley is well presented, articulate and knowledgeable about real estate, especially in our area. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing professional, yet aggressive

Susan has now sold our rental home, sold us a new property to build on, soon to be selling our home! I have never been more pleased to write a review than I am right now. Tenley is not only the best realtor, but one of the professional people I've run across in my 25 years as a business professional. I am not saying that lightly as both my husband and I manage suppliers and vendors for a living. She is focused, honest, fair, and tactful. She is a true anomaly.
