Our relator agent was Josh Kahler. We had no idea how much effort went into selling a home, but Josh is the man. He really came through and helped us every step of the way. He even got dirty to help us lay mulch saying, "I'll do whatever it takes." Josh was very thorough, professional and great to work with. Brigit and her team made a crazy market manageable for us. My wife and I were in two different states and trying to purchase a home in a third. Brigit and her team were amazing. Our home needed a lot of work done before it was ready for sale and she was professional and patient throughout the entire process. She kept constant communication with me and potential buyers and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. When it finally came time for us to sell our home we got exactly what we were asking which was a huge relief for us. We’ve done roughly 10 transactions with this realtor team in a short period. They are our go to realtor team. Overall we have probably closed about 100+ Deals and this team is by far our favorites to work with. Great communication and they are able to get you top dollar and sometimes above asking. I can’t recommend them enough. We work with Josh mostly and he’s a rising star. Communicate well, advises accordingly and placed emphasis on analytics for best offer prices. We used Realist Homes to help us purchase a home. We were slated to live on base, but Florence made sure that was not a possibility (as well a destroying a lot of rental homes).
