Services
Medical Motor Service provides senior citizens and individuals with disabilities and special needs the specialized transportation they need to receive non-emergency medical services and to remain involved in their community. More than 475,000 trips are provided or arranged annually to nearly 6,100 area residents.
Monroe County residents without access to other transportation who need a ride to medical, counseling, or social service programs. Most passengers are referred by a medical department, social worker, or agency. If you have a physical, emotional, or social disability, call us for help finding the right provider to meet your transportation needs.
Medical Motor Service's network provides invaluable transportation solutions for individuals in need, and we connect care professionals throughout Monroe County. All our efforts are designed to sustain a healthy community in and around Rochester. As a non-profit community organization, Medical Motor Service relies heavily on the financial contributions and volunteer assistance from members of the public, like you.

Today I had a scheduled pick up at 1230. After 30 minutes of waiting outside in 80 degree weather, 2 toddlers and my wheelchair bound grandmother, I was told whoever made the pick up marked it as a will call when done when it was a scheduled pick up. I had to literally pick my grandmother up out of her wheelchair to get her into my vehicle. I am livid with the service. Never again will I use their services.
