I am not one to write a review about a company, however this experience is beyond horrible. Do not rely on this company for your transport needs. Especially when it comes to wheelchair transport.
My grandmother is restricted to a wheelchair because she cannot walk. My family chose this company to transport her to a doctor's appointment. The first appointment they never showed up, after calling metro to see where the transport was, someone eventually from the company came 45 mins after the scheduled pick up, the second appointment the company canceled the day of on 12/21, the cancer treatment appointment

My husband & I are very impressed with Metro’s wheelchair service. He is recently discharged from Strong with multiple healing back wounds & partial paralysis.
His first transport with Metro was ok, with the return taking longer than I liked. My husband is very medically fragile & can’t be kept waiting too long. Metro were VERY apologetic & that while they had a heavy schedule that day, they understood my concern. Adam ( I believe the owner) called me to apologize.
His next transport was phenomenal!! They took such good care of my husband & were so nice to talk to while delivering him home

I have never until now found a medical taxi company that cares about there riders. I have been riding with metro with the wheelchair vans and every driver I have encountered has been nothing but nice to me. I would a hundred percent recommend this company. I did have a mistake with the company on my end called and talked with joe and figured everything out for me with no attitude and nothing but respect that’s hard to find in this world when it comes to taxis and medical taxis I have probably rode with most companies in the Rochester New York area and have never had better service!!! I love that they call you a couple hours before your appointment to make sure you're still going. They let you know if they are going to be late. My favorite drivers are Will, Rocky and Marcos they are very friendly drivers. The feel like family if you take them enough. Even the dispatcher Joe is excellent. I dont even have to say who I am when I call them Joe already knows who I am!! This company is so reliable. I refuse to use another company!!
