King James Medical Transport is a non-emergency provider. We provide professional non-emergency door to door transportation which is available to all people throughout the upstate New York region. Our specialized transportation includes, but is not limited to, individuals using wheelchairs, senior citizens, and disabled people.
King James Transport services is also available to private people, hospitals, doctors, nursing/group homes, assisted living facilities, and a host of healthcare related entities. We assist clients during the time of pick up, to the time of drop off, making sure they arrive at their appointment safely and on time.

Driver that took me home on January 16,2022 from Strong hospital was very rude told me to shut while in car when was on phone with boyfriend trying to fill him in on what was going o at hospital. Same driver also refused to take another rider at wrong hospital home because of where he lived. Same driver also called me a dike because I have a shaved head and I am female. Company needs better drivers

I was told this taxi service was going to be at my place of pick up at a specific time and they were TWO HOURS LATE!!! Also the cab driver was THE OWNER very rude and very unprofessional, very disappointed and will not be using there service for a while and definitely will not be recommending to anybody that looks for a cab service!!!!

This is the best company to ever drive with wherever you are in New York these are very good people and I believe they were blessed and they came out of the hands of God these are very good people very nice very kind very respectful loving and caring they're even there to go the extra mile very cool people the best to ever drive with it's like they were given to us from the hands of God himself I love this transportation company I think that everybody should ride with them and don't listen to one of the hateful comments that you see that I have read it is not true
