Today we were in Rochester for a wedding. My friend used this Airport Taxi to go to the airport and she really liked their services. She gave us their number to call them. We called them, the car was latest model, very clean, the driver was very kind and the price was reasonable I wish this company was in my city whoever wants to use this company, take my word for it and give it a try.

Dear customers, the problem is in this industry you cannot find a good worker that's why we cannot serve everyone when they want. I want to be able to serve everyone with a quality and on time service. Due to high demand we often book full and early. We will always make sure our customers make their flight on time and will never put our customer in a position of being late. A lot of companies copy us and our name, it looks like we are them. I've used this taxi service since July 2014 for rides to the airport for business trips, and have always found the service to be professional and on time. I make appointments by phone, and once confirmed, I have never had to worry about running late. Great company!

Oh man, I've wanted to write this review for a while now. The service I received wasn't just bad, it was a clear indicator on how bad business is run.
I asked for a taxi from this company about a year ago, and I did manage to get it, albeit late. I got into the car, and the driver began to rant how his car was the cleanest car, the best service, and how every other service as subpar. Then, he asked me if I had a phone. I said I did (bad mistake on my part), and the driver reached back, took my phone, and pulled up his Google review page. He told me to rate it five stars, specifically mention the

Airport cab Rochester New york, has One of the Most profesional services in the rochester and surrounding area, i had to get to the airport. And i am visually impaired and i called almost all taxi cab companies and they all hung up on me until i got ahold of Airport cab. They were able to pick me up from my home in webster. And get me to the airport on time and the driver treated me amazingly, i will always use airport cab and strongly recomend their services to EVERYONE.
