Called the day before for an airport ride the following morning. Gave my address to the person on the line. Person on the phone said they would call me the next morning when they were on way. 5 min before the pickup time noone had called me so I called them. They acted surprised like I was just telling them my address for the first time. Then they lied to me and said a driver was close. Waited till 15 min after my pickup time and a driver had still not showed so I had to find another emergency means of transportation. Bottom line they are not reliable for airport.

My daughter, needed an emergency ride from Alfred University to Rochester Airport in the middle of the night, no uber or lyft services were available at that particular time of the night last minute... I have called 15 different Rochester Airport Taxi services and nobody was picking up the phone because it was 2am in the morning. Thank GOD my daughter was able to call Rochester Airport Transportation and Tewodros Beyene called her back and let her know that he would pick her up in 1.5 hours

This proved to be an excellent choice to get from the airport to our hotel. Our driver was waiting for us upon arrival; he helped us with our bags and was a safe and courteous driver. He was very informative about Greater Rochester.He told us about a couple of good restaurants and even gave us a few tips on favourite restaurants.
He managed to get us very close to our pedestrian walkway hotel despite road closures.
Rochester Airport Transportation was exceptional! All of this made for a great arrival.

First time using a Rochester Airport Transportation in Rochester NY and chose Rochester Airport Transportation because of recommendations on social media. Our flight was late getting in but our driver was waiting for us at baggage claim. He was super nice and helpful took care everything for us and we really enjoyed the trip. On our return trip to the airport he arrived before our scheduled time which was great because we were packed and ready to go. He was very friendly and helpful too! Great communication. So much easier and nicer than our usual taxi services. We will absolutely use Rochester
