I experienced a fantastic journey on this trip. The yoga, activities and food were all well planned and everything fell into place gracefully. I am thankful and grateful to the New Year/New You family. It allowed me to take a step back from my life, myself and the ongoing struggles we face daily. It gave us time to reflect, connect with others and refocus our energies and intentions.

Life Force Project has changed my life. Traveling and working with LFP have introduced me to new ways of seeing and experiencing a wide variety of wellness programs. I now meditate and practice yoga regularly. I have also been introduced to really cool people from all walks of life. Life Force is a travel experience unlike anything else. I went on a trip to Peru with Life Force and it was one of, if not the best trips I have ever taken. David has curated experiences all over the globe that allow travelers the opportunity to truly see/feel/taste/hear the culture of that distinct area. The kind of activities we participated in and people we met would not have been possible as a random tourist or by way of a regular tour guide. If you are in search of a meaningful travel experience that puts wellness at its forefront, chose Life Force!

My first Life Force Retreat was incredible. I didn’t expect to take away so much from the yoga and meditation, but I still incorporate lessons I learned in my daily practice. We spent one week in the highlands of Colombia and it was a total dream- amazing adventures, beautiful views, incredible food and company. All in all a life changing experience.
