On behalf of my family and I, we would like to convey our heartfelt thanks for the great care the Hunter's Creek clinical team provided to my mother, Sabina Johnson, during her stay at the center.Mom peacefully passed after a longstanding medical decline (age 92) on 12/11/20 while residing on the Key West unit.

I was hired through agency and felt like Huntees Creek was my home of employment. I felt loved and appreciated for my ethics. As a essential worker, you see high turnover and sometimes neglect, but I saw persistence, resilience, and efforts to make sure every resident was cared for. They work hard, double shifts and endless runs for water, pudding, ice cream, meals, and even friendly conversations. I went back home to Saint Louis, MO but I miss everyone there.....
I love you all so much and may God keep everybody at Hunters Cteek in perfect peace, happy holidays and Auld Lang Syne!!!!!! 😇 ðŸ

I give it 3 stars because I saw a lack of staff most of the time, especially in the morning and at night, not all the nurses have compassion at one point one of the nurses gave me an attitude.
I want to thank the therapy department for helping my mother in her recovery especially Brenda and Emily. The Activities department are wonderful girls, Enmaury thank you for answering all my calls and listening to me when I needed it most and explaining many things that were helpful at the time. The cna diana her compassion and helpfullness with mommy was wonderful. Mommy's preferred nurses are andres, nancy

It's been a very interesting experience. In the six months that I've been here, the girls in Activities room have been real dolls. Ermaury and Claudia. In the business office Nelly Rojas.for her support and kindness. Also Gennevie Cintron in speech therapy, Brenda and Rachel Boivin. Jeff and Leyla Levonne. And especially Randall Blue for his kindness and understanding.

Overall terrible experience. Hunters creek was ultimately the start of my grandmothers downward spiral until she finally passed away a couple weeks ago. They leave the residents sitting in feces and urine for hours.. I had to call so many times Ans took forever to get through to get them to change her. My grandmother had multiple bed sores as well. They rarely did the rehab with her like they were supposed to. This facility should be shut down. Such neglect towards the patients. They do not care at all.

I wish to extend my gratitude to everyone at Hunters Creek Nursing & Rehab Center in Orlando, Florida for maintaining such a wonderful environment for my mother.
Everyone has been wonderful in providing great assistance for the transition to the facility and supporting all our process and document needs. They have been readily available for all questions we have and the updates on my mother’s health have been exemplary. I have been working with a relative, who is a retired Head Nurse, County Nurse along with being a seasoned Professor of Nursing. My assessment of services provided has been a

Care was minimal and I was so upset at how my Mom was left with no way to speak to anyone at the nurses desk when help was needed. In a room alone with the door closed (their Covid policy). If she was in pain, hurt, had fallen, there’s only a button to push which is more often than not, ignored. She was left for three days with blood on her face and a dirty cannula for oxygen. I cleaned her face, hands and nails. I pushed for help and waited almost 45 minutes before I had to leave the room and find a nurses aid. She said she waited three hours for someone to turn her and had to ask for everything

Olivia, Chris and the rest of the staff were amazing! My mother in law and my mom were patients there and their experience was great. The staff is very caring, professional and friendly. The facility is well maintained and features a beautiful courtyard. Therapy is great and very helpful, without forgetting the nursing care. Thank you team for the dedication and passion you show day by day. I truly recommend this place!!!

1 star is being kind. My father was here 19 days. Communication was minimal at best but very little information. He came from hospital and could not have visitors for 14 days but never called me to set visitation the last 5 days as I called and ask with no return calls to set up. His in home nursing was not completed by them and sent him home with nothing confirmed and I / we had no service for 4 days and I had to get involved to get completed. His TV did not work most of the time he was in and I called and text them a minimal of a dozen times plus. I would never consider or send a loved one to

I do not know how patients are treated if they do not need Nursing Care, but my Mom was at this facility for rehab after fracturing Her back in a fall, to regain Her strength so She could go back home to live independently. She was not able to get out of bed on Her own & received no nursing assistance for the bathroom or rehab (besides sitting in bed). After being in this facility for 4 days I noticed that my Mom became delirious & incoherent. I tried for 10 days to get a Doctor to speak with me about Her condition. They were still giving Her the same medications that she was taking before her
