One of the best apartments complexes I have ever lived. Clean and dependable if something messes up they fix it in a timely manner. The apartment manager is amazing and is very caring about your situation and even if she can't get you in she lets you know other places to try. She always answers the phone and if she doesn't she gets back to you very quickly. She has been by far the most professional and empathetic apartment manager I have ever had. Not only that but when someone is a menace to the neighborhood, or they are a felon and not allowed on property and causing disruptiveness she tells

The landlord, Myra is by far the worst manager I've come across in my many years renting from various apartment complexes. She lies, she steals money, unorganized, never there when there's an emergency, the place is a dump because nothing is fixed, and most of all she's rude, mean, and unprofessional. I will never recommend mountain ridge to anyone, which is ashame because the apartments are nice. I will do everything in my power to get her fired and hopefully they will hire a more suitable candidate to replace her.
