A good property manager is someone who you can trust to take care of your home, represent you fairly, and is prompt to address the tenant's needs. Louis and the Comble Property Management team have been all of that in the year since we've engaged them. We've done a bit of research and homework before reaching out to them and we haven't been disappointed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and hope we'll have more properties for them to manage!

My experience with Comble Management was very positive. I have previously used another agent to find my tenants and this time she was unavailable. I noticed Comble Management and studied their reviews and decided to interview them. During my meeting with Louis, it was obvious that they have an in-depth knowledge of the rental property market, much more so than who I was using before. I hired Comble Management and they completed the job perfectly in finding my new tenant. Highly recommended

They did on ok job during our lease term. Made repairs quick and returned our calls. The beef I have is the way they deducted money from our deposit. I don't think it's my responsibly to have the carpets cleaned. After move out I told them that and they just had it done and deducted it from my deposit. they also paid the water bill from my deposit, even after I told them I would pay it.
