Impossible to get a tour appointment confirmation. Saw an ad for a house listed on Craigslist. Followed the link to Tenant Turner to make an appointment to view. It has you fill out all your contact information, and then select three times you'd be available each time. So I requested up to three appointments and then submitted. Those days came and went. Saw their ad then on Zillow. Attempted to request through the Zillow system. What was basically an automated followup response from them was to send me to this Tenant Turner link. Again, I requested three appointments, and those days came and went

I got an appointment for 12:15 on Monday 12th April 2021 to tour a property at 1730 Dexter Avenue. I reached there on time with my family which includes 2 kids of age 6 years each. To my surprise, there was no one at the property to attend us nor the property was open for viewing. I kept calling their numbers but no one answered. we waited for more than 45 minutes there before giving up! This is the most unprofessional property management company and when I see other reviews, its evident that I am not only one to have such a bad experience with them! My suggestion to anyone who might be considering

I had requested a tour of an available property and Ann Lopez informed me that I would need to pay an application fee prior to being shown the property. I was then told if I offered to pay above the asking rate for the application and rental, that I might be prioritized on the tour schedule. Everything about this seems scandalous and unscrupulous. Avoid doing any business with this company.

When I decided to sublet my condo, I quickly learned that my HOA required that I hire a professional property manager. So, I did. I turned to Windermere because it is a highly respected Seattle firm. I am so glad I did. Rebecca Farmer and her colleagues have helped me through finding three successive tenants, repairing and replacing a water heater, fixing a serious plumbing problem in the bathroom, submitting various forms to the city, and, above all, managing a nine-month project that has resulted in new sound-proof windows. If I had tried to do all this myself, it would not have worked nearly

This may be a long review but, I've lived in my house for 11 years so bear with me. When I found this place, it looked perfect in pictures, but I was 1500 miles away, Andrea Jacobi went to the house, took the extra pictures I needed, reserved the place with mailed check, was ready with the paperwork the day I arrived, and I was able to move in that evening.
Throughout the years I have had appliances break, as you'd figure over 11 years, and each one has been replaced quickly with little to no work on my end, only scheduling to make sure it wouldn't interfere with my life.

Otherwise, avoid the hell out of this company.

Their response is completely false per what I've been told by their agent. Their agent has said Windermere Property Management has a specific set of criteria, despite whatever the owner wants on top. This criteria is highly discriminatory towards different lifestyles.

Listings seem great, but good luck renting one. Go to the other Windermere property managing/leasing companies. STAY AWAY FROM JMW!! Especially ALAN BONACI. He will take 3 days to review application with lots of excuses, won't return calls or emails. I even had another realtor reach out to him and he took forever to get back to her! Will decline calls and leave you hanging in the wind. Not professional at all. I feel bad for property owners. I hope you don't mind your assets sitting on the market forever while you still pay the mortgage, property taxes and utilities on a empty home.

If you are an owner, avoid them. I couldn't imagine how they could be doing a worse job.
I use Windermere manage my rental property in Seattle and am completely frustrated with them. They authorized non-permitted construction that was a severe code violation, causing major water damage to my basement - so bad I lost a tenant. I was absolutely clear with them that I wanted all construction permitted (the whole point was to get my basement to be a conforming rental unit). They've refused all responsibility and forced me to burden over $10k in expenses.
My manager will go for months without responding

We had the pleasure of renting through Windermere for a year and a half. Tricia Jacobs was an excellent property manager - she was always very prompt, understanding and personable. We were fortunate to have not had any issues with the property we were renting, but I have no doubt she would have had everything taken care of if we had! Our move-in and move-out processes went very smoothly and Tricia was right there to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. I highly recommend renting a property from Tricia!
