All maintenance requests must be submitted through your Tenant Portal during standard business hours (M-F: 8:30am-5:30pm PST). Once you've logged in to your Tenant Portal, follow the prompts to submit your maintenance request. For after-hours maintenance emergencies that cannot wait until the next business day, please call 425-658-1944.

I have just recently rented one of SJA properties and they have been really helpful throughout the process with fast response before the property was even rented out for me. Everyone that I had an encounter with was beyond nice and really friendly, they talked me through everything and answered all my questions throughly.

I have been renting through SJA Property for a year now and I have never had any issues with them. They always try to find a way to make things work for you. They are professional and surprisingly quick at responding to any problems that I have encountered. For example, I had a problem with my water heater and they were able to fix it in less than two hours. I also had a problem with the fridge where it was not dispensing ice and they went ahead and replaced it with a brand new refrigerator! I HIGHLY recommend them.

Millie at SJA Property Management is our property manager. Simply put, Millie is wonderful to work with. She is very professional and responsive, and has made the rental experience a very positive and pleasant one. While I have been pleased with Millie as a renter, I can also attest that she represents the property owner very well. She took very detailed pictures and notes of the property prior to move-in, protecting both myself and the property owner. She made sure that I had a thorough understanding of the lease, and our rental property is in excellent condition. I have also been very pleased
