Definitely a positive place. Dr. Kane is great as are all the physical therapist and reception. I felt respected from day one. I followed the treatment plan and kept all appointment's. After 6 months I was back to work, I feel lucky. C 4-5 herniated disc. . Dr. Kane reassured me if I have any problem with my neck, return to see him for help and could re open workman's comp. Thanks for the hard work integrated

Dr. Kane is in bed with the insurance company.
He kept me around long enough to get paid by my worker's comp, then decided to close my case instead of actually trying to diagnose and treat me. He sent me home with diazapam for my back pain, told me to try prilosec (to rule out gall bladder issues), and when I told him those things didn't help, he poopoo'd me. I begged for an mri, which he ordered and then canceled. I felt like I was being gas lighted toward the end of it all. I eventually let him close the case, and decided to pay out of pocket to see my own doctor who ended up discovering it

I have a long history of physical thearpy and injuries. This clinic has helped me more than I could have imagined. They treat you like people not like a paycheck and listen to your needs. I have experienced too many doctors in my life and out of all of them I recommend these guys higher than the rest.

I was sent to Dr. Kane for a worker's comp injury, which is the majority of what his office handles. During the first few appointments he was kind and seemed willing to get to the bottom of my injury. After that, he started becoming increasingly short and less willing to diagnose my injury. Some direct quotes were "this type of injury is only covered for a few months", "the insurance almost never approves this type of spinal diagnosis" (after it was submitted, they approved it within 2 weeks), and "I just want you to know the curtain is closing on your claim".

The only reason I am giving this place one star is because the masseuse is amazing. Diedra is probably the only thing holding them together. I loved her and was sad to leave her but I had to. The office changed my appointment last minute and then tried to act like it had always been at that time even though I had a print out from that saying the time. I spent $30 taking a Lyft there just for them to not be there. Dr. Pua is nice and so Is Tom the Physical Therapist but the whole place is just kind of janky. They have you sit in a fabric arm chair for acupuncture. so unsanitary. I had to switch
