Spencer and his team worked hard both to sell our place (at an excellent price) and get us a contract on a property that had multiple offers. They are incredibly effective and friendly. When not selling real estate, Spencer can be found either climbing Mt. Blanc in France or enjoying the fresh Utah Snow at any ski resort with his wife. He graduated from the University of Utah with a dual degree in Economics and Communications. Spencer is a salesman through and through, he enjoys the prospecting part of the job and feels the more people he can talk to, the faster a home will sell.
Jake is a thrill seeking family man. If he is not with his two girls, two boys, and wife or working, he will be racing down a mountain biking trail or doing back rolls on his wakeboard. Jake graduated with his MBA from Westminster College and got his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah in Communications and Spanish.
Peter was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. He graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Communication and a minor in Psychology and is a diehard Ute fan. He is a proud father to his daughter and 2 boys, and has been happily married to his beautiful wife for over 10 years.
After graduating college Peter secured a job with a top corporation in the Auto Insurance Industry and spent the next 5 years helping injury victims evaluate and negotiate their settlements.Peter's skills in negotiating and problem solving were greatly enhanced during this time and would later serve him well when he joined his lifelong friend as a member of the Utah Cribs Team.

Adam is the owner of Breen Homes and dedicated member to the SLCHBA (Salt Lake City Home Builder Association) and NHBA (National Home Builders Association). Over the past decade he's built everything from track housing to high end custom homes valued over $5,000,000.
Adam graduated from the University of Utah, and found he had a passion for not just swinging a hammer but for designing a project, making it unique and doing it right; on-time, on budget.Although young Adam has an extensive knowledge of the home building industry from land layout to framing onto design and final touches.

Julie helped us find the perfect home with everything that we wanted. We were first time homebuyers and had no idea how the process worked, but Julie was so kind to explain everything to us every step of the way. She is very knowledgeable! She made sure that we got into a home that we absolutely loved. There was never any pressure from her! I spoke with David today hoping to find out information on a room rental issue that has nothing to do with Utah Cribs Property Management, David not only answered my question he also pointed me in the right direction for some possible room rentals and he let me know I could call him if I needed anything else. That was 5 star service and I am not even a client of theirs, so I can only imagine the amazing service their clients get!
