Cornerstone Home Healthcare was founded in 2008 by Morgan County residents, Steve and Stacy Fitzpatrick. Stacy, with over 20 years of experience in home healthcare as a Physical Therapist, noticed a need for quality home healthcare in her home town. Thus, Cornerstone was created with a focus on being a community-centered business, caring for local residents and being active and involved members of the community.
Our registered nurses will assess your needs and work with your physician and other care providers to develop an appropriate and individualized plan of care that will help you achieve your health goals as safely and quickly as possible. Whether your needs are physical, occupational or speech, Cornerstone has licensed therapists ready to help!

I had a total knee replacement at Center for hip and knee in Mooresville on November 18, 2020. My surgery went well with Dr Meding and it was recommended that I should use in home rehab provided by Cornerstone in Mooresville. Brad Howell was assigned to my case which was a plus for me. We hit it off immediately and he provided me with an excellent rehab plan which he administered three days a week. The therapy he provided me with has me right on schedule for a complete rehabilitation. I plan on having my other knee replaced as soon as I am released and will definitely be asking for Mr Howell as
