I have never had a business treat me so poorly. They insisted that they could not process my application as my application was not complete, which was untrue. My application was completed, I have the email to confirm 'Your application is being processed and you will be contacted soon with the results'. They insisted that my application was not complete because another individual had not applied with me, however I explicitly told them numerous times that I was the only one that was applying so there would not be a second application. Doesn't ensure walkways are cleared of snow and ice in timely manner. Claims on website that they own few properties in order to better manage them but then responds to requests that they can't be expected to manage them personally given the number of properties they have. Little concern for people who need free and easy access to public walkways.
ETA: the response is incorrect as the sidewalk was not cleared at any point during or after the previous storm . I know this for a fact as I maintained the sidewalk (not mine) of the house next door and the same evening the snow remained. That aside

I have worked with NUPM for two years now, the. fee charged is very reasonable, they do all the work orders, and communications with tenants. Never had a problem with NUPM, very personal and orderly with the way they operate.

Brian was able to get my place rented out and managed without any hassle. He replied to my emails within 24 hours so I never had to worry. I received my tax records and repairs immediately upon request. I will be asking Brian to manage any of my future properties.

Worst property management experience I've ever had. Every worker that Brian sends over either doesn't show up or doesn't finish the job before telling Brian that they did. Also, if you call Brian to get info about a work order that you submitted he'll tell you that he doesn't make their schedule and that's it. The paint guy, regular maintenance guy, the cleaners before we moved in, the window guys all told Brian the job was done when it wasn't. Either that or Brian was lying. Either way it didn't get done. We didn't have a stove when we moved in and after they got one for us it blew up on the first

Brian was our property manager for 8 years until we sold our rental this year. He always got great renters into our property. We never had one month where we had a late payment. He vetted our renters well. He took care of repairs quickly and at a fair price. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a property manager.

In the approximate 8 years that I have worked with NUPM, I have had great renters, no late payments, no evictions, and fast prompt service. Brian has been my property management for the last 2 years and has done an outstanding job! In the time that I owned the property, I never had a vacancy of more than a week and I never received a late payment. Brian was always on top of what maintenance was necessary and he got it taken care of quickly and with little to no effect on the rental or the tenants. Brian also acted as my realtor during the sale of my rental, which he did with a high level of professionalism, always keeping my best interests front and center. I have to say that I am a fan of how Brian runs his property management business. I have been in the industry over 18 years and I'm impressed with how he really takes the time to fully review his clients applicants. He actually checks references and looks at the credit report! He also takes the time to follow up on any repairs that are completed to make sure they were really done and done correctly. He has support staff to help him improve efficiency and is someone who cares about his clients bottom line. He's not the cheapest property manager you could hire, but he will improve your bottom line
