Kier Management was formed in 1978 to operate and manage company-owned residential and commercial properties. If i could give zero stars i would. I lived on one of their properties for over 4 years. Moved out and gave my landlord at the time my new address. I have been waiting to get a bill for cleaning of my apartment. Tried to call the apartment landlord could never get a hold of him. They decided to send the bill to the apartment that i now longer live at and they knew because i have a written notice of my move out date. Instead of sending it to my new address they decided to send it straight to collections. I lived at lakeview to get back on my feet and once i finally did and moved out they are going

I have worked with Kier Management since 2012. Amazing that it has been over eight years. Most of our interactions are with Tom Hart. He has worked with our HOA, guided our finances and provided excellent advice throughout this period. I have always thought that Kier is a real bargain given the services they provide. I love my job with kier! In the year that I've worked here I have gained so many new skills I work with great guys that are willing to teach me the tricks of the maintenance trade. I've lived in Ogden for most of my life and I've always been a renter and I am honestly proud to work for one of the few Property Management firms around that don't create slums or make people's lives harder than they need to be.

Kier Management properties was the worst ever I have rented from I lived in the same apartment building for 8 years once they took over I had to move out I've never been so disrespected by a company as they disrespected all of us there at my old apartment building. About 7 of us moved out we were residents of many years there and none of us could support the management in any of their ways they are horrible all they want is money they don't care a dime about your situation in their apartment which they have took over at that time very very very shady management practices very dishonest and they

Great organization that cares about its residents and its clients. Kier sees the "human" side of the real estate and property management business and doesn't just look at their residents and tenants as dollar signs. They also look out for their property owner's/client's best interests. Balancing the two sides can be challenging but Kier does it very well.
