Services
Mark is our numbers guy and the resident people person. With his background in management and an MBA, he's always making sure that Kodiak clients get the best bang for their buck and a high ROI. His calm, matter-of-fact attitude and attention to detail make him a great property manager. Mark lives in Layton with his wife and three children.
We find quality tenants as quickly as possible. We generally target to only have 3 days of vacancy between tenants. Your home will not be vacant more than 30 days - if it is we'll waive the next month's management fee. If you're not happy with our services, let us know and we'll do our best to make it right.

My husband and I went to rent a house and denied to an “eviction” even though neither one of us has ever been evicted. We provided documentation to prove no evictions and we received a rude and very unprofessional email response from Brandon Streator, “I recommend discussing some of your rental/financial history with your prospective landlord up front - this way you can be sure that they're willing to work with your situation before having to spend $80+ on application fees.”

I cannot speak more highly of Kodiak. Their attention to the needs and expectations of both tenants and owners cannot be matched. They have taken on some pretty significant challenges with our properties, compounded by the difficulty of my wife and I being overseas. Nevertheless, they have risen to the occasion and have delivered outstanding professional service. I've never had a sleepless night since turning over our properties to be managed by Kodiak, and I'm pretty confident you will not either.
