We make it our goal for owners to secure long-term tenants and residents who will pay their rent on time, help maintain the properties, and act as good neighbors. We focus on giving both owner and tenant peace of mind. We can show your home a month before a tenant moves out, which allows more time for marketing and tenant screening and less time for vacancy.
As long as you have access to the web you can simply log in to your secure portal and enter a new service request. If you're experiencing an after hour or holiday maintenance emergency you can talk to a real person who will walk you through the situation and dispatch a trained technician if necessary.
The Lease must be signed and returned with the deposit paid within 3 business days of the approval of the application. If you fail to comply with this we may continue to market the property to other applicants. All residents over 18 must sign the lease and have been approved on the tenant application.
We work for you and add value to your portfolio of services that you provide for your client. My wife and I moved from Kaysville to Alaska last summer. We struggled with the idea of renting or selling the house mostly due to the distance involved, along with the usual worries a home owner goes through when renting. Having experienced what Jim offers for about a year now, I can honestly say that I rarely even think about the house, except when I see the money in my bank account once a month. If you are thinking about using a property manager, stop looking, just use Jim.

Ive been renting from them for almost 2 years and never had an issue. WPM has always been fast to fix anything that went wrong with the house. I've been dealing with a plumbing issue and I just have to say working with Justin has made the situation so much easier. He is great about communicating with me about what is going on. I've rented a few times in the past and never had an issue with my landlord/ property manager. My opinion of this company is that they would rob you blind if they thought they could get away with it. I'm the kind of person that will take great care of wherever I live whether I'm renting or I own. But that didn't stop them from having inspections every single quarter. It also didn't stop them from taking 98% of my $1,750 deposit. I believe maybe $600 of the charges, but the other $1,125 was bogus. I can't really prove that though because I was too trusting when I moved in and didn't take pictures

Jim West and his team at West Property Management have been absolutely great to work with over the last 3 years. Always responsive and easy to work with. They have been very professional in taking care of our property as well as our tenants. A great example of that has been the management of, not only our interests but that of our tenants during this year's pandemic.

We have been renting for over a year now in our home and our landlord just decided a couple months ago to put our house through West Property Management. They are professional in when they come and talk to us or over the phone. They respond so fast to when we need things fix and they do a great job to get it fixed. They also make it real easy to get in contact in case of a fix or also make it real easy to pay rent through their tenant portal online so we do not have to run to the bank or write up a check. We have been renting from west property management for about 1.5 years now. I was hesitant to rent from another property management company after dealing with one straight from hell the last place I lived in. Our experience has been nothing short of smooth sailing. Our move in was a simple and easy process, we were able to move in very quickly after applying. I LOVE the way we are able to pay rent.
