This "management" company was the worst company I have ever dealt with. I've been in the real estate field for 11 years now working directly with management companies in Boston for nearly all of that time, and yet Empire "management" still managed to beat every single one of them for the title of worst company ever.

I would highly recommend Empire Management if you enjoy virtually no effort put in to find renters for your property. Also, they are excellent if you enjoy not making money, bad follow-up, unprofessional employees, poor office help, and phantom charges for service or repairs. If you are fond of very slow response time to emergencies, a management philosophy that amounts to taking no resposibilty for any of their actions or lack of actions, and a complete lack of common sense than this company will be perfect for you.
