I had applied for multiple properties on their website. It did take about 2 weeks to hear back from anyone and I was frustrated when the phone number continually directed me to the website. I was about ready to give up. I finally rec'd an email form Silver Lining stating they were unable to approve my application due to a court case for non payment of rent several years ago.
I informed Silver Lining That this was due to me being hospitalized for some time and unable to communicate with landlord, etc. I asked them to please revisit my application because the court case was satisfactory and ended

I have called, I have left voicemails, I have emailed, I have text messaged, I have requested tours on websites of properties, and I have contacted via Facebook. Not ONE response from anyone. Absolutely ridiculous. I am not going to fill out an application and give all my personal information along with paying $29 for each adults credit check when I can’t even get just ONE reply from anyone at silver linings.

I applied to several property Management agencies, and silver linings management is the only one that came up with a background check that claimed I was evicted from an apartment in Worcester MASSACHUSETTS. After informing them I was not the person that they found, they said they look into it and never got back to me. I called, sent emails, and they just never replied. A property management agency that regularly performs background checks and comes up with false results should probably not be in this business. Google searching a first and last name can come up with anything you can cherry pick

I'm from out of state and living with a friend. Silver linings is the first agency I applied to thinking there would not be an issues, since I have no evictions and decent credit. Long story short, they claimed to have found an eviction in the city of Worcester ma... I repeat I am from out of state. All of my family and I are from Arizona. Coming up on 3 weeks, they have not responded to my emails or phone calls trying to resolve this matter.
