Apartment Mart of Springfield was established in 1998 to manage property owned and to acquire or construct additional properties in the Springfield area. The first property acquired in the Springfield market was purchased in 1998. It is an 86-unit complex located 1615 Westchester Blvd., on the southwest side of Springfield known as Ravenwood Townhomes.
In 2003 we began construction on a new complex at 1600 Toronto Road. Lake Pointe Apartments is a 300 unit complex with a pool, fitness center, free high-speed internet and many amenities not commonly found in the Springfield market today. Apartment Mart of Springfield does not currently manage any properties not owned by the company but has established itself as able to do so.
