I lived here for a year in the remodel 2bd 1bath apartment. Major concerns for me was the community laundry room was always dirty and living next to the community door getting in. Other than that it was decent! Very good with communication and returning security deposit in a timely manner!

This is absolutely ridiculous how I have been without AC for almost three weeks it's took. It's 90 degrees in my house I have call several times you can't leave a voice mail I been waiting on maintenance to come been a wall unit they gave me one I have a Oxygen machine in my home. I have ask for the property management to call me and no call back yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is a leak from the upstairs apt for the past 2 weeks. I have mold on a wall in the living room and mold in my vent. They haven't offered to move me to another apartment and just expect me to deal with the smell and everything. I have emailed them and called with no progress. I have never been late on my rent since I have been here for over a year. Renewing is not an option and I will be contacting Florissant in the morning. Don't rent here.

Just moved in about a month ago. Someone in my building has roaches. I’ve contacted the leasing office they keep saying exterminators are coming but they never came. This is really frustrating because I could’ve took my money and moved elsewhere! DO NOT COME HERE !!

Update from my recent post. After 3/11 I went back to the office and spoke with the black female manager that said she would be contacting corporate for my refund. Didn’t hear anything so I called roughly 2 weeks ago, I was told that it was being mailed and I would receive my refund in 5-7 days. It’s been two weeks and I haven’t received nor heard from them. I will be going back up there and requesting my refund. This is ridiculous! Poor management and horrible customer service. The office workers need to learn honesty and communication.

I can’t wait to move out. Everything is broken. You can put in 10 plus work requests and nothing changes. Since we have had new management, it has gotten better. They did come and fix the main thing I need fixed which was my shower. I couldn’t shower since the end of November. I’m just now being able to do that. But also I don’t like that we don’t know what we have to pay for rent until 20 days into the month that it’s due. There are a lot of things that need to change but I guess that won’t happen for a while.

Cynthia and Tyrone are amazing in the office. They help whenever its needed and they hold the property together if you asked me. If they leave I would leave too. Crossing has been my home for almost 2years now and even though I have to be on maintenance about work tickets they do the best they can. Crossing at Northpointe are on the come up and I see and love the changes.

I’ve been here for about 4 month and I have no complaints. All of the staff here are great, well kept understanding and they take care of your needs. Even better they’re remodeling the entire complex!!!
