I first met the inspector at a home in Berkeley Springs and she was drenched in sweat after having been up in the home's attic on one of the hottest days of the years. My immediate thought was "this woman has tenacity." Little did I know then, that she was one of the best home inspectors in the area. I've dealt with many, but her reports are meticulously detailed and she definitely leaves no stone unturned. She is also a licensed radon inspector as well. This is a woman of many talents, if you get to know her, she's an open book. The more you know, the more you want to know. At this point, she
