Services
A standard home inspection is visual and non-invasive and includes inspecting the structure, systems and components of the home, inside and out, from the foundation to the roof. You are encouraged to attend the home inspection in order to see the process and so that I can explain my findings, point out maintenance issues and answer any questions you might have.
The Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia and border counties in Maryland and Pennsylvania are located in Zone 1 of the EPA's radon map, which means our area is predicted to have the highest levels of radon, or levels greater than 4 pCi/L. The EPA recommends that homes with levels higher than 4 pCi/L install a radon mitigation system to reduce radon levels and subsequently reduce the risk of lung cancer caused by radon.

We hired Christie Stewart-Brown to do a pre-purchase home inspection of an existing residential property. She was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and very patient with our many questions. A thorough, detailed report was provided the next day, and our follow-up questions were answered promptly. Our highest recommendation, without hesitation!!
