I am BEGGING you. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this property management company at all costs, not only as a tenant, but also as a owner. The Morales team does one thing and one thing only: collect money. If you need maintenance, you may as well send for it yourself because your maintenance request will sit on their "portal" unanswered and you won't hear a thing from them until you badger them over and over via text, email and phone call. During my brief time as a tenant under the Morales Team, I had two (2) maintenance requests, NEITHER of which were solved by them. I was

I never leave bad reviews but this was unacceptable. We simply were asking questions about applying and Maria was very unprofessional. The other man at the company we spoke to was nice but, she was flat out RUDE from the start. She called us SHADY. Never listened to us. Never allowed us to even speak on the call. Didn’t look at any of the docs we sent. Get off your high horse. You cannot treat people like trash and expect to get business. Learn people skills if you wanna work a people job. Only leaving a review so no one makes the same mistake of simply ASKING about one of their homes.

I was a tenant at a Morales managed property. And I was impressed at how fast they responded to my tenant request via the tenant portal online. It's so easy and fast to make rent payments via the tenant portal online, they made my move out experience smooth because everything is written down as to what to expect for move out procedures. They took good care of the property for the owner in 7 Hills Henderson.

So far not good. The place I moved in was not equipment for tenants to move in quite yet. It's been 4 days since I moved in, And the place was not freshly painted, looks like they fumigated for bugs and there were dead ants everywhere. One of the bathrooms toilets was constantly flushing. The master bedroom window is broken and its 37° degrees outside and there answer was " We have 15 days by law to fix it". What a professional encouraging answer.

It should have an option to give zero stars. Maria and her team are VERY unprofessional. No response to the email I sent about the return of my deposit. It's the first time in my life I don't get a deposit back. I gave proof of everything I did before leaving the house I rented from them and no response to my emails asking for my deposit back. Then I see they went to collections for 200 dollars when I gave them $1750 deposit (That I was supposed to receive entirely back). The Morales Team has been an amazing property management company for my time with them (4+ years). I've never had a single complaint. Online payment process is easy (no additional fees). Agreements are clear & details are laid out in front of you in the beginning of the process. The 6-month inspections are seamless, always on time & well mannered. Would highly recommend them, very kind/understanding/professional.

The primary evil woman with the Morales group is without a doubt one of the worst people and companies I've ever dealt with in my life. I've been a tenant at my property for over 5 years and never met her personally during that time as she took over the account at some point recently. I notified Her back in late September about water and mold damage and after more than 40 days of waiting nothing has been repaired. The first conversation I ever had with her she verbally attacked me and now I've withheld rent and she is attempting to evict me without fixing the unsafe living situation

Maria Morales should be a slum lord. The entire Morales team has been threatening and I have been a great tenant for four years who has paid rent on time. She is clearly use to dealing with a low paying tenant. One time my airconditioning went out in the summer and she gave me a list of reasons as to why repairing the airconditioning did not constitute an emergency. You will want to think twice prior to doing any business with this firm.

Please don't rent from this property management! You will have to deal with miserable old hawk screaming at you when you questioning charges. If you decide to move forward and rent with them save all docs, take pics and record your calls when speaking with them!

I moved here over a year ago from Colorado, my first time at renting and I was doing it long distance. I am an older woman and alone so I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. The Morales Team were on top of everything that needed to be done, very efficient and most importantly to me, helpful. Analisa walked me through paperwork over the phone and answered every call when I needed help. Jeanene was and is the sweetest ! Being new to this area I called her with general questions and she was always more than helpful . The few problems that came up with the property were handled quickly and efficiently

If ever I have problem they do take care of our needs as soon as possible... they do direct deposit on the rent and so far no delay... they have manage our property since 2010 so I strongly recommend them handle your rental property...

I've been with the Morales Team for a little over a year and I have had a great experience. If there's ever an issue I submit a work order and get the repair appointment scheduled ASAP. They were very accommodating to us in making our monthly draft on a day after they regularly do it with no late fees. They were also willing to go on a month to month basis after our lease was up for a little extra than what our original rent was.

The Morales Team was the worst property management service I have even had the misfortune of dealing with. During the two year lease, there were several forms of harassment so terrible that I had to obtain an attorney. Maria Morales would call me at work and scream at me instead of asking or communicating with any kind of decency. I am not talking about screaming over things that an average person would find upsetting either. This was the worst real estate agency I ever used. They made up charges after I moved. They lied about my pet. They stalked me. trust me, it was hard for me to believe at first as well. They were very hostile. I never paid late. I took good care of the place. They were always making up things in an effort to collect fees. If you search around, you can find other people who say the same thing. I have never been in such a stressful situation. It would be different if I did something to deserve it, but I didn't. I have never had problems with another agency. This was the only one, and it was a terrible

My last rental was through NSC Property Mgmt, and they eventually merged with this group. After the merge I've had nothing but problems dealing with them. My first lease ran from November to November, and I never received any kind of notice to renew until June 2015 when they wanted me to do another 1 year lease. I declined and they started charging an additional $75 per month.
At the end of my 2nd year, I moved out. We went through the entire checkout procedure and documented all issues, many that were reported during the initial move-in walk through and during the first two months of residency
