Such a beautiful location!! i love that it is right by the riverwalk and has huge dog park!!! Toured here last week and can't wait to move in Sept! Leasing Agent was super helpful and knowledgeable. A major relief than some other companies in the area. I had some uncomfortable tours in silence. She was welcoming, answered every question and made me feel comfortable overall. These apartments check all my boxes with my needs with w/d, dishwasher, closet space and tons of room! probably the best size 1 one bedrooms I have been seeing in the area.

Stopped in the office building to inquire about an apartment because they had a HUGE sign in front. As soon as we walked in I asked about a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom and without any questions on a move-in date she said there is nothing available for a long time. I asked why is the sign out and she stated it’s just out there. Very unprofessional and rude staff. Bad vibe here

My wife and I have been very happy with our time here. Great location if you have a dog. Easy access to bars, restaurants and grocery stores near by. Good amount of space and features for the price down town. Highly recommend if you’re looking to make the room. Sarah and others are amazing to work with and are very prompt with service. Thanks!

This occurred in Late July 2017 and have not had a chance to get this on here. We had Signed a lease to move in July 21st into a 3rd floor two bedroom. A day before we were scheduled to move in I received a call tell me the apartment was not ready and I would not be able to move in until August 1. I was planning on going on vacation 23rd and not returning till August 3rd for my brothers wedding. I needed to be out of the place I was previously in July 23rd. I called to see if there was anything they could do and they told me no and you can say I was pretty upset. Long story short missed much of

Look elsewhere the place is horribly run. You can get a much nicer apartment for the same price on the other side of the river or next door. Trash piles up in the garage, garage flooded for 10 days with sewage stinking up the building before management did anything. You pay for trash removal, which isn’t a big deal but they are in renovation project so residents are paying for the disposal of renovation waste. Also the reason for the garbage always overflowing. When something breaks it usually takes a long time for maintenance to get to it, if you go through the office staff. I want to be clear

This is an edit to a previous one star review. There is a new manager who seems to be handling the property much better now. I was able to get into contact with the management quickly and was able to sort out any previous issues quickly and efficiently.
Pros: pet friendly, clean community spaces, great green space for the dogs to play (not fenced in though). New management is responsive and reachable.
