The GM and Sales/AGM at the hotel I was at was all about themselves and lie to you straight to your face to get you to go above and beyond so that they make themselves look great in the corporate world. The GM in stand up meeting told everyone they were not aloud to take their earned time off and could not miss any shift during season but yet they both took 2 weeks off over Christmas and new year’s with the hotel being at 100% and got very upset when I informed them in the 10yeqrs of hospitality work never had seen both GM and AGM take off at the same time and turning around and telling me that
