The hotel was clean and the staff during the day were friendly. But the nighttime guy, Bobby, absolutely ruined the experience for us. We were here for the Strength to Stand conference with our youth. Bobby yelled at our kids telling us that the curfew was midnight and if we can’t abide by it, then we can leave. We were outside talking at 11:45. Not loud. Just talking. Then the next time he told guests that they refer to this week as “hell week” because a lot of youth groups stayed here. When we asked him, he reiterated how this week is hell. He also told us that they make plenty of money

We are here for STP youth Ministry conference with Scott Dawson.
I over hear (Bobby the bald man at front desk) talking to a lady as we are having our nightly devotion, that they all call this week HELL week. A week that is set towards youth learning and studying God. Twice a year this event is held here in pigeon forge, Dec and Jan. Bringing lots of people/ children and money,, HELL week!!! I ask him could I have the managers number and he proceeded to try and raise his voice at me and he would not give me anyones number. We are here for STP youth Ministry conference. Granted there are 6 youth

Wonderful location on the Parkway, directly across from the Tanger Five Oaks Outlet Stores. Close to everything in Pigeon Forge, and about 20 minutes from Gatlinburg.
Rooms are clean and up to date. Mattresses were very comfortable.
Breakfast was ok…..Jimmy Dean biscuits to microwave, cereal, yogurt, and fruit. Eat next door at The Five Oaks Farm Kitchen.

Very nice place to stay! Would highly recommend. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was exceptionally clean. Very nice accommodations and very quiet. Great location for shopping and attractions as well as a fabulous place to eat right next-door at the Five Oaks Farmhouse Kitchen. We loved the farmhouse feel with the rustic furniture. Everything was perfect!

We booked a King room w/ a fireplace. When we arrived the gas to the fireplace had not been turned on. When we inquired neither of the employees at the front desk were helpful or wanted to be bothered. We were told that the fireplace was seasonal. Btw, we stayed at this hotel October 16th (the low in the evening was 39 degrees). We specifically booked this hotel (and paid for the fireplace) because of the cozy fireplace in the room. The bathroom and shower were tiny but the room seemed to be clean. With so many options in the area, would not book with this hotel again.

We picked this hotel for the reviews and location for a last minute mini trip for my wife and I. Hotel was super clean and staff was exceptional. Would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was grab and go due to Covid but there was a nice selection of breakfast sandwiches, muffins, yogurts, juice, cereal, ande milk.

We absolutely loved our time at The Lodge at Five Oaks. It is VERY conveniently located by shopping, restaurants and attractions, yet peaceful because it isn't right in the midst of the chaos. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and it is priced so much better than most of the area lodging. We already have a couple of nights booked in December. This will be our go to lodging in the area.

This is the cleanest hotel I've been to in a while. Definitely need a shelf or towel bar in the bathroom for hanging clothes, getting dressed. Staff was super nice. They did temporarily run out of towels due to staff shortages, but we were able to get ours soon after we checked in. Loved the water slide for me! A grown up, lol!!!
