I'm very disappointing in this facility. The staff seemed very nice and the building is very clean but if you are looking for someone to really work with your loved one in rehab please don't waste your money or time here. My mother was there for 20 days after a stroke for rehab and when we picked her up she couldn't even stand. The last 2-3 days there they knew we would not extend the rehab stay so they started showing her how to put her bra on. Ridiculous!!

I have never been so disappointed and upset with a facility and the people in it. Not nice at all or any compassion for the poor souls in their. Most were very rude and not helpful at all!!!!!!!!!!! The only reason my father was saved and sent to the hospital was because I called him and took notice that he couldn’t breathe well. He told me he had buzzed the nurses 3 or 4 times and never came to help him. Not only could he not breathe he was also left my Dad to lay in urine due to the same reason.
I would be very careful not to let your loved one go into this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Truly awful. It is a nice facility but do not leave your loved one here. Very little rehab going on. I can’t believe that it hasn’t been investigated for fraud. We certainly intend to pursue every avenue to shut this place down. Notice how many bad reviews are here? And acknowledged by the owners. But the problems persist. What does that tell you? Nurses spend time socializing around the station. You never see the presence of managers or supervisors. If you ask to talk to an administrator you hear that they “are in meetings”. The message from employees is “don’t bother complaining”

This is a horrible place. My husband was there for rehab and they failed miserably They should not be allowed to stay open much less be in charge of someone’s health and well-being. It is a nasty place. If you care about your loved one please be aware. On all of these comments this place comes back with a robot comment. Be aware.

My dad was here for broken femur. He got bad rehab p/t and o/t. More worried about working his arms instead of his legs. Rude nurses, helpers and techs were illiterate as to questions asked. Floors not cleaned, fussing at him for going to bathroom after waiting 20 minutes for someone to come help him. He got a intestinal bacteria and uti while there. The dr doesnt listen to the familys concerns or meds. No info is given to patients when asked, the food is horrible. They arent concerned about making sure your cloths get back to you after its cleaned. Spent over 200 on new cloths that never were

This facility is called a skilled nursing facility, but they do not have enough skilled nurses or they are not properly trained. My mother was here a couple of times and due to COVID, I was not able to enter the facility. She had several medical emergencies and if I did not bring it to their attention, she could have not been with us today. I had to advocate for her care by checking on her via the window and calling her since I couldn’t enter the facility. It’s scary to think that you can’t trust a medical facility. Also, it seems as though they are rushing patients out without a full discussion

Olive Branch is a first-class facility. They are taking great care of our mom and she just loves it there. From the over the top facility to the caring staff; everything is more than we ever expected. The health care staff genuinely care for the patients and go overboard to make Mom comfortable. The PT and OT programs far exceed everything else we have experienced. Mom has improved leaps-and-bounds during her stay. To top it off; management, in addition to running a well oiled machine, is engaged in the care too. I have often seen them walking around the facility, talking with staff, patients and

Choosing a facility for your loved ones temporary home away from home is very difficult and challenging. Although the facility was beautiful, unfortunately, I immediately knew it was not the right fit for my mother The first two people you meet are the receptionist and the admissions coordinator who I found to have no personality whatsoever. I'm sure this facility would have been able to provide the services required for the care of my mother but, in good conscience, why would I leave the care of my mom in a facility where from the reception it was not warm or professional. They made me feel as

Read and carefully consider the reviews placed by others before considering the Olive Branch in Pensacola, Florida. Myself, along with the judgement of 3 others who were either former military hospital corpsmen, or home health nurses that Dad had the pleasure of their care before, perceived a low level of concern, compassion, competence or dignity for my father while he was a patient there. When my father vomited heavily for the first time and was a significant risk for dehydration, I alerted the nurse and her reply was "I will let his doctor know". At that time, his doctor wasn't even in the building
