Horrible. My mom was placed there and there was one nurse that was evil to her after she complained. She wasn't given her meds on time and when she complained the nurse waited even longer. My mom didn't tell me about it until she got home. If you love your person that is going there then find something else.

Food was poor and cold. Meds given to wrong patient. Nursing staff appeared to be bottom feeders who couldnt make it in the medical or hospital work place. Dont leave your family here. Facility needs and unannounced federal inspection.

My brother was recently placed at specialty Health and rehabilitation Center for short term care however after his first care plan meeting it was apparent that he needed long-term care. After speaking with the social worker she assured me that he would be taken care of and all of his needs would continue to be met! Due to the visitation guidelines I had to schedule a visit with my brother and when I got there to see him he was so happy ! I know these are challenging times for healthcare workers but everyone was in such good spirits! Kishma the CNA was so sweet and so was Michelle and Alice in activities

My dad recently had to be placed in a nursing home. This is a hard decision for any child to have to put their loved one in a facility! Upon arrival I was greeted by the receptionist Judy , admissions director Susan , and the Administrator Renee and they welcomed me as if they had known me and my Dad for years! Daddy was nervous but they made him feel so comfortable and the transition was easy! I call daddy every night and the nurses and cnas are always so helpful when I call! Daddy has made himself some friends and I'm able to actually sleep at night knowing he is safe and happy! Thank you specialty

This place is horrible...If you love your people please avoid this place..The staff is mean and rude..My mothers stay was not pleasant they left her in pain on multiple occasions. She left still not receiving all her clothes. Lost her food and Judy wanted to go fetch it..I asked her would she eat something somebody said they had to fetch..I called the director and social worker on multiple occasions and never got a follow up from the director. Vicki the social worker followed up but with no results. If I could leave no stars I would. If you have loved ones in this place check on them I promise

I would not recommend this facility to my enemy. My relative was there for 9 months. Within a 9 month span, my family and I have witnessed over 7+ patient’s death. My relative received a bit more valued care while in short term. The minute they were moved to long term care, the value of care changed. He suffered from a stroke while being there with a blood sugar reading over 550. The facility failed to call or report to a more experienced medical professional. My family decided to make a decision to have him sent to the E.R. After running CAT scans, it was determined that he had a hemorrhagic

This facility, at first look is dilapidated and unkept.
Now that my mother has been here for a week, they are only as good as the family can monitor the service. If you are not knowledgeable, at least, to your love ones situation or medical history you will be lost. Some of the staff is skilled but most are not.
You are at the mercy of young, unskilled and lazy
Techs. I am doubly disappointed when I had to listen to the fabricated commercial when trying to call the on duty nurse...over and over again.
Sad in Georgia

One word key persons the Administrator. She's energetic, smart and compassionate. Once she accepts your love one into her facility you the former caregiver can relax a little. Please continue to care and support your loved one if you have to miss a day or two know that your loved one will be cared for.
My mom is here. I don't think she's happy but I do know she's safe and that she feels protected. The staff Doctors and RN are knowledgeable, professional and experienced. The Rehap team their good but I have seen better. The techs most of them are caring and go beyond they're written duties to care
