Wave Therapy began with an idea to make out-patient physical therapy available in the form of a mobile gym that comes to your desired location. Wave Therapy is lead by Dr. Jessica Hosford, she has over 13 years of experience as a Physical Therapist with 8 years of multi-site experience as a director in the outpatient and skilled nursing setting.
At Wave Therapy, we strive to create a smooth experience that blends the ease of scheduling, quality care, friendly staff, while bringing the Mobile Therapy Gym to your doorstep. During your initial Physical Therapy evaluation, our clinician will create a customized program with you based on your individual needs and goals.
Wave Therapy is committed to making your experience as easy and smooth as possible. Below you will find the Patient Registration form, along with the forms of payment available to our clients. Feel free to contact us and we will gladly walk you through our registration. Private Pay: with physician referral, quickest and easiest form of payment (approximate cost $200/hour-call for pricing breakdown).

I just had total shoulder replacement by Dr Jason Rocha MD. His staff hooked me up through Tri West and the VA system for my post op therapy.
Several things come to mind...1 i can’t drive for2 weeks...they come to YOU!
2. I am receiving that personal touch & care in my rehab!
3. In the comfort of my home, I am not exposed to the many viruses and germs today in many of rehab facilities.

What a great concept! Wave Therapy brings the gym to your house for Physical Therapy. Dr. Hosford was excellent, as she was very knowledgeable and assessed my problem immediately. She was very easy to work with and I felt better after the first visit. I highly recommend utilizing her services. The convenience was well worth it as well.

Beautiful Therepy,Very convenient, you don't have to leave home, they will drive up to your house.Especially for people on oxygen and have other medical conditions.
