Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Non responsive to emails or voicemails. Made an appointment to look at one of their apartments in Coronado at 1230 no one was there. I managed to get a hold of someone at their office who scheduled me for 2:30 to see the apartment. No one showed up. I called and emailed several times for the rest of the day and no one responded. I wasted half my day waiting on these idiots. I called the next morning and the same woman I talked to played it off like she had no clue who I was. Totally unprofessional business!!

Emailed about 8 times over two weeks to set up an appointment to see the building an apartment. A women named Alexandra would respond asking what I was looking for; I would reply and ask to set up a time, with no response. I would follow up a few days later, and get the same reply-asking what I was looking for. Over two weeks of emails and could never get anything more than an email asking what I was interested in. I finally gave up.
