How often is availability updated? Our residents are required to provide a 30-day prior to move out, so daily availability will reflect this information. Keep in mind this may change daily depending upon individual circumstances that result in needing to move out. What is included in the rent price?
The tenant portal gives you the ability to pay anywhere at any time, you can even set up recurring payments for your rent amount, or a specified amount every month. With the online maintenance request, you can submit a work-order, and track it to see if it has been seen, and when it is completed! Our tenant portal is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for your convenience.

Nice size apartments but everything is covered in paint including the bathtubs. Mold grows in places you don’t use but best believe it’s there… big infestation roaches, Rollie pollies and centipedes constantly everywhere!!!! Foundation is horrible… apartment creaks like someone else is there with you… it’s crazy… plexiglas was used as our glass instead of real glass.. also… our front yard was dirt … plain ol ugly dirt

Maintence never actually fixes anything, just looks at it and says it’s fine. Vents covered in mold. Cars get broken in to frequently. Neighbors don’t care about other people needing to sleep, always loud. Cost $10 extra to pay online, don’t you take enough money from me? Only thing that was appealing was that it was cheap to live here but that’s quickly changed. Need I say more? Find a better place to live because this place SUCKS!!!

DO NOT MOVE IN. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY ORDER AND SAY THEY DID NOT RECIEVE IT! My mother has been a tenant of Richland Terrance for over 6 years with no late payment more than 30 days. She went into the office to drop off a money order ( was never given a receipt due to the property manager being on the phone) and was notified through her next billing statement that she missed 400.00 of her rent from the previous month. This issue was over a month and they are insisting her to pay the full balance for next month. NOBODY is doing anything but my mother. We called western union to find out the

I went in today to inquire about a townhouse as that they posted on marketplace and the two women in the office literally looked me in the eyes and went back to what they were doing. No greeting or anything . The Hispanic lady on the right has a horrible energy. The other girl did finally greet me after I stood there in shock . She was able to tell me about their availability and to come back but the staff already put a bad taste in mouth. I couldn’t imagine being a resident with an issue. They have no service skills and exercise zero sense of eagerness to assist. But thanks for the brochure

My family and I wanted to get an apartment from here but Maria told us that she’ll be able to help us, knowing that someone already gotten the last three bedroom for this month she lied to us saying that all we had to do was an application(which we did) and pay the $35.00 each then come to find out Maria kept giving us the run around saying one thing and then not calling us back when we would call us. So on Thursday gone we called up there to speak to Maria and she told us that she gave the apartment to someone else while taking our money and without even apologizing!!!! I think she should be

I’ve been living here for 2 1/2 I have never had a problem with roaches or bed begs. It enough room for me and my four kids. I never had a problem getting anything fixed. I stay in my house and mind my business. My lease is up in may and I’m going to stay for another year. I’m looking to change apartment to one with a washer and dryer outlet but other than that no problems.

I can honestly say I love it out here . Everywhere you go there’s going to be some pro and cons . Overall here there’s more pros then cons. I’m glad I moved here . The staff is amazing . I love my townhouse to say the least ion have no serious issues to make me want to move . Yes there are miner issues that could be address but I think I made the best decision moving here . Been here over a year now !!!
