We are writing this review about a year after DWM did our full kitchen remodel. We wanted the dust to settle and see how things really came into be after their project with us. We are incredibly pleased with their ability to come in on budget, be transparent, and responsive to any of our concerns. Project Manager Annette is a great help, and master carpenter Jampa is friendly and very neat. Crew was great cleaning up after themselves, and respectful that we were still living in our home during the remodel. Keeping in mind our kitchen is pretty small 10X8. They came in on time - and just know that

We hired David to manage a 2-family in Somerville after we relocated to North Carolina. We had previously lived in the house and done a lot of renovations. We were admittedly nervous as we wanted to maintain the quality we provided to our tenants when we lived on-site.
David was outstanding. We appreciated his excellent communication and the transparency and fairness in his billing. When we chose to put the house on the market, David was completely supportive despite the fact that the sale would lead him to lose an account. As always, he put us first.

We hired DMW of 32 Prentiss Rd., Arlington, MA to look after a 6 unit apartment building in Cambridge. Monthly fee was paid on time. A few times when needed maintenance and repair work; it took more than a week to respond. After all, the problem did not get fixed. The hourly charges we agree on was 2 to 3 hours to fix a disposer clogged and replace a sink faucet. And yet the leak did not get fixed.
