Hayk Davtyan is an amazing PM! I have relationships with 4 other condos, and find him to be hands-down the best Manager an owner could ask for. Responsive. Knowledgeable. Team-work oriented. He took over management in the middle of my renovation. Honestly if he'd been present at the start, the project would've gone much more smoothly.

Hiring Peacock Property Management was an absolute home run for our condo committee. Before PPM we were managing the building on our own. We finally came to our senses and off loaded the burden of maintaining the building as well as running the financials. PPM has been extremely responsive, very professional. Cameron has been our point person and has done an excellent job. The cost/value of what PPM brings to the table is worth every penny.

I've been continually impressed with the promptness and service from Peacock Properties regarding our condo building in Charlestown. Whether it's a question about the building bylaws or a more tangible issue such as a snow removal or needing a plumber, Peacock has always been quick to respond and professional no matter the occasion. That said, if you're looking for property management company that is quick to respond, down to earth, and cares about it's tenants, this is your company! Highly recommended.
