As two Realtors(R) who started out managing our own properties and working with brokers, property managers and rental services, we've encountered our fair share of real estate horror stories. Luke and Nate updated our 1980's Cape Cod vacation rental home to present a totally up-to-date, in-style fresh appearance and booked our first vacation renter just a couple weeks after the redecorating was complete. In the Winter no less! We now have more bookings in the eight months of this calendar year than we have had in the past four years combined! And it's so hassle free for us, the home is completely cleaned, beds are made with fresh linens, paper goods, etc. are all stocked before each new tenant arrives. I don't need to worry about anything. If you want a well organized, energetic company

My husband and I turned the ground floor of our house into a rental unit and we started taking to MerGo as we finished up construction. They helped us understand the market, gave advice on what we should provide, took pictures, and found a tenant for us. They and were responsive and thorough throughout the process. They took over managing the space in December just as the weather turned cold and responded instantly to problems with the heating and pipes. MerGo gets and A+ for customer service from us.
